Nice chords
It made a very heavy sound in this video. Very good.
I need information about the beatstep pro for hip hop sampler
Please you can make a video showing how you do to sample vocals and elements using beatstep pro, I am thinking of buying a beatstep pro
Hi Robson! I tried to use it to play samples for a chill jazz track i did for fun! it works properly! But the works it's all done on ableton and you use the beatstep just as a controller to trigger the samples! if you want to sample out of the computer you should look for a Maschine by Native Instrument or for the Ableton Push! Take a look on you tube you will find a lot of tutorial!
Thanks for watching :)
Thats our Style. Thx😁
Comeonbärs what do you mean?
distilled noise I mean you produce exactly our style of music. most synthesizer videos are more melancholic ... your sound is funny
Oh cool!! Thanks!! 😊
Oh btw, what key and scale u using for this track?
distilled coffee
This Is great! Can you explain your workflow? Is BSP only triggering sounds from ableton or also sequencing?
Luciano Daloisio hey! Thanks and happy new year! BSP is sequencing the drum pattern and the sub bass while vocal samples and snarer are just triggered by me. I find BSP super useful to try drum patterns and bass patterns!
Thanks! I saw your other tutorials on BSP and ableton, keep them going! Hope to see more
This is awesome! I have Minilab 3. Can I use this one with Beatstep Pro to play my chords over these rhythms? Thanks.
I think so!!
Hey loved that jam! How are you triggering samples in abelton from the bsp?
I control a drum rack on Ableton with the BSP
What do you have set in Ableton’s preferences for the Beatstep to work like this? Loved the jam
I made a video on how to set the bsp and ableton
Nice jam ! How do you do the deep bassline (+kick) you drop on 3:15 ?
Guillaume Maire my sub basses are always made with Sylenth
Guillaume Maire sine wave plus just a bit of triangle wave to make the bass more audible 😉
Thanks for the tips ! :)
Guillaume Maire happy to help! :)
What sample do you use? Thank you 🙂
awesome music ! it would be super cool if you would make a tutorial about making this kick and bassline sounding together ! :)
Hi Alex! Kick and Bass are pretty basic, I just added i light sidechain effect on the bass, nothing more!
Ok i tought you had more effects on it.. the samples are really good ! this sub is really good also.. bassline is just one note + attack i guess ? thanks for you help :)
Alex Mendes i also used a RBass by waves to enhance the harmonics of the bass. What do you mean with one note + attack?
distilled noise I mean the bass is just one note sequences plus a little bit of attack on the bass.. I heard is not a punchy bass and it sounds really nice like that
Alex Mendes yea it's a monophonic sine wave, nothing complicate 😉
Hello Francesco! Can you make tutorial how to make this subby basslines and mix them with kick ?
Hi Sebastian! Tbh it's quite simple, but I think i'm going through it in my next video, where i'll show how i made an edit 😉
Nice tutorial, just found your channel by searching after deep tech minimal house. I know you do the baseline with sylenth.I assume you did a very big low cut on the kick ,right? Cheers Daniel
Hi Daniel! It was more than a year ago so i'm not sure about this, but i think that I just put a low shelf on the kick. Actually there is a lot of energy in the bottom end (maybe too much) because the kick was really bassy and punchy! Thanks for watching
@@distillednoise just one question when you have a kick at 50hz do you just do a low shelf on the baseline at 50hz or do you a wider shelf? How do you do the mixdown I mean the levels of each item like claps or high hats..just by earing or how? Sorry for the questions but Im new into this :-)
Thanks
Daniel
Just by ear. For the kick and bass it depends..lately i never go into surgical adjustments..if i hear that they interfere one with the other i try with a sidechain usually..more that frequency cuts. But it really dependes by what seems to work to my ears ahah
@@distillednoise which sample packs and plug ins can you recommend?
I bought some sample pack on goldbaby, or you can subscribe to splice. You find plenty of samples there. Plug in i use a lot sylenth, jupiter by arturia and tal u-no which is an emulation of the juno 8
I want see how to sound like Angelo Ferreri or Marco Carola or Booth, thanks in advance nice sounds
sorry man, but that's not my kind of music..you'll find something about that for sure on you tube! Thanks for watching and commenting I really appreciate :)
Io sono fascinata di te , io sono di Brasile vivo in Svizzera viene una volta qui... chi sa su street parade! cai una amica qui! mi piace tantissimo tuo conoscimento di fare musica mio dio !! fascinante!!!

Thanks! It's an M-Audio Axiom air Mini 32
Hello man, very nice jam ! I have some question about the Sound of synth, is this a Plugin Sound?
Cheers Records hello!! Nope, it's a sample :)
Oh okay, it’s in a sample pack ? What is ?
@@tombourbon4527 Yes it's from a free package by Samplephonics called Randomphonics ;)
distilled noise oh great thx you for ur answer man keep going tutorial ;)
Hi bro, could this essentially be done on the standard beatstep? k
More or less..this one has 3 separate sequencers..the not pro one have just one for what i remember
@@distillednoise ok, cool! Thanks
bravo! ma zucchero nello espresso?
:)
Grazie! Ahah it's not espresso it's coffee and milk 😊
What keyboard for pc?thank
Logitech
This is actually so fucking good, Your drums is so good arranged and good sounding, I watched your tutorial on how to make good high hats and that helped me a lot took a time to figured out but im getting there. I would love more in depth tutorials about drums. Really good work my friend, im a beginner in making music but pls watch my chanel in my latest vids I have pick up the drum ideas that I got from ur tutorial =)
how do you configure the beatstep pro with ableton?
Depends on what you need to do
Sometimes connecting the cable is enough
@@distillednoise
is to use the Beatstep Pro as if it were a 909, 808 drum machine for example, and record sequences 1 and 2, using Ableton and Beatstep Pro
@@diegovzqz you can learn everything reading the manual. Also watch my other video on how to sync beatstep pro on Ableton
Liked and subbed by an american who thinks your english is great!
