Rubber duckys are so frickin chill.
Mine don't really move or do anything.
I've had my duckies for 8 months....only 1 baby.
No deaths though.
This was quite helpful. I'm planning on moving the rest of my Rubber Ducky colony into a vivarium soon so this will help me ensure I make the necessary modifications for them. Btw I bought them from you and they are doing well in case you were wondering :).

I work with garden lime frequently because I breed tomatoes for UF. Tomato fruits will exhibit blossom end rot if the plants don’t have enough lime in the soil. Something to note about it is that it is highly caustic to skin and eyes. You should always use gloves while handling it and wash your hands/arms thoroughly after mixing medium. Stay safe. 💚

I use Iso-Greenz! My isos love them and will sometimes take them from my fingers lol. I don't have Cubaris sp. yet though.

How moist do you usually keep it the enclosure? Do you spray the entire enclosure in addition to drenching 1/3 of it? Do you know their favorite humidity levels?

I don't mind the music (it's one of my fav internet songs, so jovial!) but it's too loud. It needed to be dropped a few notches in edit. For me the fish tank pump is way too loud, so with her quiet voice the pump and music is too much. I can hear her though, just a really good work out for my ears :)
For the stone is aragonite usable as a substitute? I’m having a hard time finding pure limestone, where can you buy small limestone pieces at??
A little late here. But if you live in the US limestone is pretty abundant near streams.
springtails are good for keeping mold down for Rubber Duckys correct?

What is the ratio of limestone to soil?
Wait how much garden like do you use in the substrate?
About a tablespoon per 5 gallons of substrate. If it’s a smaller batch, then less than half a Tea spoon.
Is there a particular source of decaying wood you recommend or do i just go grab some outta the yard?
you can get some from your yard but you have to bake the wood to kill anything that's living on it

where i can find to buy a iso geenz I'm in Vietnam where isopod is not a trend it really hard to find iso greenz

Definitely much slower than most species.
@@isopodsource4931 I have 4-5 armadillos vulgaris in tank with cockroaches. They are still small, however it seems that they grow enough slow.

Normally we recommend to keep species separate to keep them from competing for food and space.
