    Kendrick Lamar is the reason I am here! He made me curious about music theory because of a certain comment in a certain song.

    Can I ask what is the difference here between the A minor scale, and C major scale

    • @michielmd76
      @michielmd76 Před 2 lety +5

      The tonal center of C major is C and the tonal center of A minor is A. But indeed, they both lack sharps and flats

    The music theory was very informative.
    But i have a small doubt. Can i compose a song in 2 scales. Eg. Build up in c minor and drop in c major?

    • @tm_kh
      @tm_kh Před rokem +2

      Yes, you’ll need to set up the drop with a pivot chord. Might want to go to C minors relative major instead: Eb major

      YES BC THERE ARE 12 DIFFERENT NOTES TO GO WITH THAT ONE... - THERE ONLY REASON WHY - WHEN A PERSON HITS AN ALLEGED WRONG NOTE... - IS WHEN BAND MEMBERS LOOKS AT THE ONE WHO PLAYED IT - AND - SHAKES THERE HEAD NO.... - (THIS MAKES THE AUDIENCE FROWN TOO) - NOW IF YOU RIGHT NOW ALL OF THE RELATIVE MAJORS/MINORS ETC. (WHICH I HAVE DONE... - IT WAS FUN - BUT IT TOOK ME 2 WEEKS - BOTH BASS AND TREBLE CLEF - I NEVER SLEPT - SO GLAD THAT I HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH MANUSCRIPT PAPER - IT WAS FUN... - I LOVE MUSIC
