Pile number 2 😅 .. I tried something suggested to me by a mentor of mine for the reading. A semi meditation, if you meditate otherwise , you might want to try it . I’ll pass it on a bit . Pick the pile you are drawn to, get into your personal meditative position. Pick up terms and concepts in the reading that speak to you (three at the most ..one at a time) on in breath focus on one word or concept, out breath always the same word that pulls it together. It is a split focus meditation listening but also going inward , hmm hard to explain. What I did was pile 2 1sr in breath “rest and renew” out breath “balance” next in breath “work and produce” out breath “balance” … repeat this pattern , with out breath always the same connecting concept. Let higher self focus on reading and material /ego self focus on the internal words or phrases . It is not really an easy practice because of spitting focus without overthinking , you still need to pull out a concept and connecter from the out side stimuli . For me, iI added a 3rd in breath somewhere along the way, which was “manifestation” There it is lol😅 I am not sure if I explained concept well But I would start maybe with one… this can obviously be done with no outside stimuli,or even not consuoiosly
