Next time you ride in London, I definitely recommend researching the Cycleways/Cycle Superhighways: they make cycling in London a breeze if you stick to them. Most of your travel in this video was on main roads without cycle infrastructure, as if you were following car directions, when the goal is to switch to quiet roads and cycleways where the cars *aren't*.
