Alright V. If you ever go back to EMR yard, when they ask you what metal you have on say "mixed iron or mixed Steel" there is a sperate price for light iron and heavy steel. so if you say mixed they meet in the middle. At the EMR yard I used it was ÂŁ100 for light and ÂŁ160 for heavy so when I said mixed I got ÂŁ140. Hope this makes sense and gets you a better rate. Scrap happy my friend
That's made me wonder if I should have been calling it mixed steel instead of light Iron!!! Ill ask next time I'm there. First time I went I said what I had and it was my first time. They said chuck in light Iron but they gave each other a funny look in the office. Think I might have got screwed!!!

Hey Vandal, not sure if it is late. Where you collected that 50 plus kilos of Aluminum, there were two vehicle seats. You lifted one of them to expose the Aluminum. I am sure both weigh around 40-50 kilo each.

You could see if there are any magnet fishing people in your area, especially if there are canals. They can tend to need a friendly scrapper to take bikes and stuff they fish out. There are groups on Facebook and CZcams channels for magnet fishing. Some of the scrap might be a bit smelly though.

Break the stem off the scooters an check see if aluminium decks .also mobility scooter has leaver at rear wheels so can be pushed
Itâs nice to have a trade to fall back on for some extra cash, even if itâs not your favorite thing to do.

Handles off those drawers, may be pot metal. It's non magnetic, and has weight to it. Scrape it or scratch it on something. Those drawers were to cheap made for brass handles.

Your channel reminds me of Canadian Treasure Hunter, he does videos in Vancouver British Columbia and it is always raining when he is scrapping.

You spend time removing the door furniture, but ignore the car seats, i have scraped car seats and there is a decent amount of metal in them.

Pull lever on back of mobility scooter by the back axle and it disengages gears so you can free wheel it mate.

I think you're keeping too much stuff in the back of the van bro taking up valuable space. Dump that during and use the front footwear to stack those crates from the back which are holding the things you're keeping hold of.

hope he knows he just filmed himself steeling even if something is in a skip on someones drive if you take it without consent its steeling i had two of these scrapping idiots come into my yard (which isnt visible from the road as its at the back of my property ) and took tools and a radiator that i was gonna clean and repaint all caught on my cctv and i had them arrested
