Holy shit. I've been doing different makeup looks for the longest time and that "bone of the eye" tip is a game changer when it comes to people with heavy/hooded lids. I wish you could have saw my mouth drop when she said it.
What really amazes me is the fact the she chose a super perfect face to accomplish this look..you see.that's how reeeally professionals makeup artist work..

That's what I thought. It's Twiggy-esque, but not really accurate to the way Twiggy did her makeup. Upper lashes are too heavy, and lower lashes should be painted on the face. Why say "Twiggy's 1960s makeup" when it's really only Twiggy inspired??

That is super cute. I'm glad Charlotte kept the eyelids natural as the bright blues Twiggy wore, although funky and great for photoshoots, would look dated or unflattering except on people who are teenagers or in early 20s.
