For still main camera image pixel image processing still better than xioami mi 10 ultra imagr processing still not consistent also 4k 30 has oversaturated issue..

I mean, every real flagship now takes a very good picture, one can take slightly better than the other, but all is great, what really should be on the conversation of the flagship is, can it switch between lenses when recording at 4K or even 60fps(either 1080p or 4k) because few phones i know can do that, and thats the Oneplus 8 series, Note 20 and the iPhone 11 series

I have a Mi 10 Ultra and a Huawei P40 Pro, so I have a bit of perspective on the two.
I've found the Mi 10 Ultra can take some really well lit night shots, BUT, it brightens things up so much it looks like day. :P I find going into Pro mode in the camera and dialing down the ISO really helps in making night shots look like night. Thankfully, when dialing down the ISO, the camera still retains ridiculous amounts of detail, so you end up with night shots that look amazingly crisp but also adequately dark. That is, unless you WANT your shots to look ridiculously bright, in which case, just shoot it in photo mode.
On the other hand, when compared to the P40 Pro, I find it tends to shoot pictures on the colder side. I live in China, most of the streetlights are this yellowish orange colour. The Mi 10 Ultra makes things less orange than they actually are, it's not a terrible thing but it loses a bit of the magic of the night. The P40 Pro does a better job of retaining that magic glow, perhaps even using its AI to inject more wonder into night shots.
The two cameras are comparable and daytime shots look VERY comparable, but when it comes to night shots, I'd hand the win to the P40 Pro.

P40 pro advantages:
1. Lighter
2. Better selfie camera
Disadvantage:
1. More expensive
2. No optics between 1x and 5x
3. Less bright screen (500+ vs 800+ nit)
4. Slower processor
5. Too narrow ultra wide camera (it is better quality thow)
Too bright night shots it is a matter of taste ...
