There its another resolution when your draw by hand: SCALE, you don’t have that (yet) with another tools/software, and another thing that comes when you draw/sketch by hand its the direct conexión from your brain to your hand, its natural and instinctive.
Yes, there are still architects that design by hand without CAD, meet with their clients and consultants face-to-face and get projects mostly by referral and without social media marketing. I'm fortunate to be one of the few still doing this.
I believe drawing by hand and meeting with clients face to face will always be part of an architect's job no matter what technologies exist in your workflow. A great referral network is a gem for us architects... but, getting the first projects to start that referral network can be where taking advantage of the platforms that exist comes in handy.

The purpose of BIM is system integration Architects know architecture, but don't know electromechanics So the architect should not make any decisions about the electromechanical space However, the old-style operation process is easy to determine the mechanical and electrical space by the building For architecture, the design process is faster But it is easy to cause the function of the building to be poor after completion It's not what employers want
