I did warn him, he didn't listen and lines were crossed but it's not our first rodeo in this lifetime. We were first loves over three decades and and he never forgot. He's never had a love like ours since either. He recently told me that he needs the passion so that's true about the seeing and feeling, my DM is very touchy feely.
