I am simply experimenting on my own hair to answer questions that others may have about products used by the average consumer. This is a hair fail video but possibly a lesson or answer to anyone wondering what using these products back to back do to a person's hair. Enjoy the video.

Lol girllll im glad you learned the hard way before I was about to 😂😂😂
Ali Law yesss lol I don’t want anyone to be disappointed when their hair reoxidizes 😭
Just used color oops. Was letting my hair settle before using their bleach and then I watch this! Thank goodness I can still return it! Thanks for the heads up.
You're adorable. Loved the facial expressions during application and your commentary about research after purchase is far too relatable 😂
Mollie Colangelo thank you!!
You are brave!! And thank you for sharing this!!!! Answered my questions!!!!
Actually, that blonde color looks pretty.....
Wow, best video, so glad I found your video! You have an awesome personality that shows through. Thanks for posting, I was just about to by the color oops and the conditioning bleach....now I think that I will just stick with the color oops......haha
Thank you!! 🙂
I do want to say, THANK YOU SO MUCH for this video. I bought both of them as well because I've tried the dawn tech, the shampoo/baking soda tech to fade my hair.. None of it worked. Sectioning helps to get more coverage. Its tedious but give the best results and lessens risks of blotches or missed areas. Good call on the hot roots. Btw.
Lex Idk how people successfully use the baking soda or the vitamin c method, I tried it once and it was a major fail 😂
@@QuaileneShmadams I tried the baking soda, shampoo, developer one and yea it did lift my black hair(i had bleached and bright red hair underneath but let me tell you, my hair felt worse than it felt after the bleach. So I don't recommend it to anyone. No conditioner/mask/oil helped it feel better so i'm never going to try that again. I bleached my hair 1 year before i tried this baking soda mix btw
instructions say to shampoo and rinse then rinse for 20 mns followed by another round of shampoo and rinse for 5m followed by 2 more rounds of wash and rinse then condiion.
thank you so much i just got it and i never ever bleached my hair before by myself and i was so scared on how it was gonna turn out because my hair is white black and brown and i wanted to dye it full on white And no one was posting anything about it so im glad i came to this video
No problem! That’s what I’m here for :D
I'm so glad you helped me from making the same mistake. As I stand here in Walmart hair color Isle. Thankyou and I hope you were able to get your hair to the color you wanted lol
That’s what I’m here for! I’m happy to help lol
@@QuaileneShmadams I was wondering if I should just only use the oops color conditioning bleach Would that alone make my hair light? Right now? I have Auburn hair I just wanted your thoughts.
It would lighten it but not a lot if your hair has been dyed, if it’s virgin hair then it should lighten pretty good. I would get a bucket from Sally’s or packet and use 20 volume developer if you’re wanting to go blonde. If you’re wanting just a shade lighter then the oops conditioning bleach would probably work.
I use left over mayo packets for hair masks, they have egg and oil in it so protein and conditioning without having cooked egg pieces when I rinse it out 🤷🏻♀️
I will have to try that, it was a pain trying not to scramble the egg in my hair 😂
I just bought this impulsively too 😂 I’m orangey blond so hopefully it works!!! Pretty close to your color after the color remover. Fingers crossed!!
Good luck!!
This is me, right now, bought the product and looking up reviews lmao I barely she my hair anymore so we will see what happens lmao it's just hair hahaha that's what is going through my head.
do u think it i tried it on my black box dye hair as highlights to have it light enough to dye some of it red will work? bc i bought bc my hair is damaged and i didn’t want to damage it that much but now i feel like i waste my money 🧍🏻♀️
Which one, the remover or the conditioning bleach? I think either one would work but I think the remover would be less damaging than the bleach. If it’s the remover then I would just make sure you wash it out completely so it doesn’t reoxidize :/ I hope that helps and good luck!!!
It’s cute
My hair used to be a dirty blonde color and when I used color oops color remover it turned my hair orange lol
I just bought this bleach hair dye excited to bleach my hair for the first time also scared lmfao 😂🤣 my hair is black box hair dye and I'm trying to dye it blue so i need bleach first then add the color let's hope it grabs my hair 😭
Everything I’ve read says of this happens it’s because not all your color and product wasn’t out
That makes sense
Should I wait days after using color oops to use the conditioner bleach I just color oops back to my blond which is brassy and light but still had some orange/blond on my ends. Or will it just not work
Loved the video btw I’ll subscribe 😊
Do I have to wait a few hair washes after color oops to use the conditioning bleach so I don’t get it to oxidate I’m not sure what that means ha ha
I’m not sure but if I were to do it again I would wait until I’ve washed it again just in case because I may not have gotten all the color oops out when I did it. Good luck with your hair!!! 😊😊
Thank you I’ll let you know if turns anything but lighter 😊
so does the color remover make the hair lighter? i am trying to get my hair lighter it has manic panic faded color over a brassy/ light brown color.
It shouldn’t lift your undyed hair, only your hair that has been dyed before. And it’ll lift it to whatever color was underneath that, it won’t have the same lifting action that bleach has.
Could you try just doing highlights with both of the products on each side?!
I could try it! Have to wait a little longer for my hair to heal from my last endeavor
I like the commentary lol
Thank you!
what is the egg and coconut oil for?
Protein hair treatment, to put protein back into the hair after stripping it
Yeah my hair is a ugly brassy orange color after just using the color remover. I don’t know what to do now. It’s too dark to tone and i tried to get red out so i don’t want to have to put more red on it to make it brown again. 😩
You could wait a few days and try to bleach it with a different brand, red is so hard to get out 😞 if you can get to a yellow color I suggest using a blue shampoo instead of purple, it’s technically for brown hair to manage copper but I have found it to be a great toner! Matrix total results brass off is what I use when I’m blonde and after two washes I only have to use it once a week. It’s $17 on Amazon but it lasted me 3 months so that out weighed the price. All in all, patience is the key for any hair journey. I hope this helped!!
@@QuaileneShmadams thanks for the feedback. I tried blue shampoo couple hours ago. Didn’t seem to do much.. i might just leave it alone. It’s not a horrendous color just not what i wanted. 😩
I totally understand that, it sucks when your vision doesn’t come to life the way that you plan 😩 but it will work out eventually and your hair will be fire, I just know it!
So I had splat red hair and I used the color remover then used the splat bleach and it took out most of the color I still had a slight pink on my tips but I was able to then dye my hair neon green with no problems
The color remover was from color Oops
It’s really pretty color 👍🏻
Thank you!
Y te quedó maltratado o nada de maltratado?
my question is will the bleach remove old hair dye color?
Yes but not as well as other bleach, this one is more of a bleach wash.
You're still very gorgeous btw.
Lex thank you!!
Qualena do you like your hair touched
Maybe thats why its called oops?😭😭
😂😂 It has to be lmao 🤣
No entendi mada jajaja le quedo o no?
It did not work, wait a little bit to use the bleach or use a different bleach/lightener
