Stayed there in 2018 our room was on the other ground floor facing the pool. The atmosphere felt more like Fiji loved it! Rooms where clean and they also offered free bike rentals if you were wanting to get some fresh air around shelter island. Would definitely stay there again. Next time I would like to check out a concert. Thanks for this tour brought back wonderful memories.
My boyfriend booked a surprise vacation and I weaseled the city and hotel out of him. I’m very excited now ❤️ we live in the Midwest and CA in November is the dream.
I stayed there in 2015 they had a concert there, was included with my stay. Was amazing!!!
You were in the room above me. It was okay. Decent. The room was clean and looks almost identical to my room. The a/c was too cold though. Even setting it at 80 and it still felt like 70. Also the left dimmer above the bed was flickering at low level and the USB at the desk was not working.
Also this place is under construction currently right in front, there's constantly big semis pulling in to drop off band equipment and the staff seemed a little uptight on show days. I'd day if you want peace and quiet for your full stay go further down the street. If you're interested in a band playing and you want to make a little retreat of it then this would be a good place to stay.

Parking fee? What a ripoff. Best Western didn't charge me. I've been there 3 times and they are right down the street.
