My single biggest gripe with the F15E is that we don't have a decent TPOD yet. My second would be a lack of TOO mode for JDAMs.

I could not tell for 100% sure but the "L" did not look like it flashing when you were trying to lase so the laser may not have been firing to guide the bomb.

My one complaint of grayflag servers are SAMs popping into existence right in front/beneath you. I understand why they do it from a server performance standpoint, but it can be annoying :D
