@Krane better battery for starters, processor is way better than any exynos including that of the s22 ultra, spen use is better, cameras are better, 8k video isn't cropped in and has better quality, low light video and photos are better, speakers are better etc. The same logic can be applied to every new device, it's like saying what can 20 ultra do better than the note 10+? So basically there's never any reason to upgrade from the first ever phone you purchase. Its a braindead statement and its only made because people can't afford the newest tech so they make themselves feel better by making such a statement.

I paid just over 400 for my s23ultra. My note was 4g. This 23 ultra gets data downloads of over 600mps and uploads over 200mps. And that was inside to boot. I waited 3 years and it is worth every penny!
I'm using Note 20 ultra. Design: Note 20 ultra has a curved display which makes the phone beautiful and premium. Note 20 ultra screen has Minimal bezels which gives 92% screen to body ratio S23 ultra comes with a flat screen with little curve which doesn't look beautiful and the bezels are thick with 89% screen to body ratio which looks doesn't give the premium look. Camera: Note 20 ultra has 12 megapixel regular camera and S23 ultra has only 10 megapixel regular camera. Coming to the main lens, I tested both the phones with the main lens of 108 MP vs 200 MP and the output is the same. Quality is the same. In some photos 108MP giving better output than 200MP (200MP is an absolutely a marketing trick to attract customers) In the regular camera, both the phones shows same results and in few pics, Note 20 ultra showing better quality. Selfie Camera: Note 20 ultra has 10 MP and S23 ultra has 12 MP Here S23 ultra has more MP but the colors are yellowish in S23 ultra. I mean the skin color gets warm. The selfies on Note 20 ultra are natural. Storage: Note 20 ultra has sd card option upto 1 TB And there is no sd card option in S23 ultra. The only thing S23 ultra has the better Processor.
Enough patching for Note 20 You know very well that the screen of the S23 Ultra is 120 and the Note only has 60. Other than that, the battery and system are considered newer, and there are copies of it that reach 1024 TB without even a memory. In all respects, the S23 is better, and the processor difference between them is large in the Note 20 Exynos, but the S23. We are talking about Snapdragon. The second generation can run PUBG 90Fbs easily

Why don't u do s20 ultra vs note 20 ultra zoom test to show case the jump is huge and the focusing is day and night better on the note 20 ultra and then do s21 ultra vs s23 ultra zoom test, to be honest the jump from s20 ultra to note 20 ultra feels much bigger than note 20 ultra vs s23 ultra in terms of zoom
