Yes, you can. Include your wife and kid as dependents in your work visa application and they can work or study, depending on ages and which visas they apply for. You cannot bring your parents as dependents on a work visa. You have to either apply for visitor visa or if you become a PR, you can bring them under super visa.

With the recent inflation, the labour market is slowing down. While finding a job in Canada is not easy now, but it is possible as per the recent announcement from the immigration minister. Make sure to look for opportunities all over Canada and please don’t narrow it to Ontario only.
