    I was surprised by the the thundering applauses at the end, as i had been thinking these icelanders are a tough audience making unclear questions and quick to disagree with the answer of the speaker. I guess it's true the cold climate makes people harsher in appearance but warmer and kinder inside while the opposite seems true in warm climates. And that's how the mind digresses while trying to focus on a lecture on meditation. haha

    Thanks for helping me understantd what meditation means and with this explation it will help me to ease my mental health.if pain is = to mental experience and believes , thoughts or emotions are the result of past experiences then by being aware is to be present because being aware = to the space or the sky = the observer because awarness sits between thoughts then if we just wacth without judging = let thoughts , emotions or believes just be, let them be , do not react to them= they will go away little by little = compassion = forgive them = connect to to them = liberate others from suffering ( in this case those others , our thouhgts emotions or believes are = to our negative ego or shadow) so if we are compassion with our repressed ego we are creating a path of compassion to ourselves because our ideas or emotions or believes are only an ilussion wich reside in our unconcious level or shadow and because we have not reintegrated our shadow to the concious level we suffer of feel disconfort when those taxis or thoughts appear and we engage with them. But by meditating we turn into compassion trainers and those bad emotions, thoughts or believes or bad ego or shadow or sickness will become a seed for compassion = acceptance = forgivness= be aware = be completely mindful.
