The Joiner Process: A Guide to User Lifecycle Management

The workforce joiner/onboarding procedure is crucial to the success of an IAM project. This collection enables an organization to create new user accounts, provide access, and even grant actual building access. When implemented properly, new users can hit the ground running. If executed improperly, the help desk will be inundated with calls.
I will discuss the various factors that IAM practitioners must consider while developing the joiner process for our organization.

It all depends on the role. If you are a developer, yes, but if you do more best practices or an IAM BA, you don't need to know how to code.
