The performance was amazing, I love how creative they are with all their stages and performances it really draws you in. I agree bts does now seem to have a firmer ground in America and recently I also heard some radio stations playing their Korean songs along with butter. Although not as often and sometimes not all the way through like their English songs, its definitely a step forward. As for the line distributions per member they always decide who will sing what together and depending on the song it might change based on what works best. Also I think each of their comfort levels play a big role when deciding, a little while back jin mentioned in an interview that he feels that his voice isn't as extraordinary as the other members so sometimes he chooses to have less lines. As army we all know he has an amazing voice and I hope that his part in the butter means that he is more comfortable now with his voice and singing in English.

But why just because of his contemporary dance background ? When Jimjn has had way more yrs studying & performing since age 11 in hip hop! Plus his ability to incorporate his 8 yrs of martial arts training into all his dance moves that also make his so mesmerizingly awesome so special & unique dancing abilities in another level, totally setting him apart! But I do agree with you that his classical dance training, plus his attention to his form and ever so clean lines that go all the way to his fingertips, definitely makes him that much more breathtakingly spectacular to watch!! After seeing the Behind the scene from Jimin's Part in the Black Swan that was so sad to see what was all cut out even there!!

I think it was really smart to have a dance break in the actual song itself because let's face it, a dance break that lengthens the song won't be allowed on an american award show. Sad but the truth.

He and Taehyung official positions are same so makes sense. Please if you can watch The Rise of Bangtan docu series made by debut day Armies. It’s excellent :)

OK. But Jimin's entire part in this MV is only 20 seconds.I don't think this is the right part to give out a lot of parts for the members. And Jimin is a world-renowned Kpop best dancer. He's the main dancer in the group with jhope. There's no center scene at the dance break, and I can hear his voice. There's never anything on the screen.Even in the scene where he came out like a pair with Taehyung in the middle, he supported him from the back, dancing hard, and being a backup dancer. I was angry at the discrimination that Jin suffered from dynamite last time, and so was this time.It's even worse that this is happening again, considering that fans were upset about the last time.

I am new to your channel and you mentioned that you react to mostly BTS content so I guess you can't really differentiate this choreo from other kpop groups' choreo but by kpop standards this choreo is super easy. However, I like that its relatively easy coz it ensures that it is also accessible/easy for everyone to follow and that BTS have already proven that they are great dancers and they also do hard choreos so they don't have anything to prove to anyone. Compared to the stages in Kingdom Legendary War this set is very simple also but because it is, it lets the viewers focus more on the song, the performace and the members and you won't get so distracted by the background. Still, by US awards shows standards this set is already pretty amazing.
Yes, they do have some of the hardest choreos that when younger Idol groups dance them, they say "Phew", but this choreo's pefect for this song. Live, they sound incredible + I prefer to concentrate on their voices, choreo being secondary icing on the cake. This song is a bop w/juust enough smooth rap that RM wrote that roughened up the song🔥💜
