That new guy was doing fine in sword and hammer but as soon as he switches to greatsword he gets demolished i think it's bcz he's bad at GS And kyna developed a playstyle for greatsword after the double loss with yüz in the last tournament
Skeldra is actually one of the best greatsword players in the world, he just isn't as good as Yuz, and since Kyna and Yuz are actual friends, Kyna knows very well how to counter greatsword (Yuz can beat him still, but u get what i'm trying to say).
I always feel excited and happy as hell seeing greatsword played in any tournament I dont care if they loose or win the fact they picked up the weapon is worth respect
to use the most difficult weapon that drops a lot of the time in a tournament you must be a gigachad.
lmfao greatsword had a dip for a bit, but greatsword is still a top weapon. in tourney i respect it bc pro-level mixups and spacing are both insane. the weapon is not difficult - there are literally default reads that are hard to punish, if it doesnt hit, and default high-damage/KO strings that are off 1 dodge read, similar to lance

im feeling sorry for many ssbu players right now brawlhalla matches which are usually slower paced lasts less and less time than ssbu matches heck grand finals lasts 20 mins max while ssbu now lasts 30 mins minimum
