Tara Schuster, Episode 2 - A Drink With Live! Hosted by Catt Sadler

As the VP of Talent and Development at Comedy Central, Tara Schuster was a successful entertainment executive. Schuster propelled Emmy and Peabody Award-winning shows like “Key & Peele” and while she was externally excelling at her comedy career, internally, she was melting down. After an emotional awakening on her 25th birthday, Schuster decided to heal herself by reparenting and trying on a bunch of different self-help solutions. This journey resulted in a 600-page Google Doc turned self-improvement book, “Buy Yourself the F*cking Lilies,” that is meant to inspire others to heal as well. The author joined a studio audience from around the world for an intimate conversation on the second episode of “A Drink With Live! Hosted by Catt Sadler." Over a tequila and soda, Tara reflects on the importance of community, being kind to yourself and the small things that make life enjoyable again!
