- Recently I was lucky enough to travel in Bosnia and Herzegovina 🥰
I started my weekend trip from Sarajevo and finished it in Mostar, visiting many beautiful places in between. New video is about it trip!
During the first day I’ve visited so many nice and memorable places such as town of Konjic, Počitelj, historical bridge on Neretva, village Blagaj. Also I had a wine tasting at Brkic winery and it was incredible! ( / vinobrkic .
I really loved the city of Mostar - it is one of the most beautiful places in the country and now I understand why! I also showed you the life in Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially in Mostar and Sarajevo in 2021. I really hope this video will be useful for those who are interested in Bosnia Herzegovina, want to live or travel around. Hope you will find my impressions of this country interesting ❤️
I traveled with Funky Tours, and it was the best tour with the guide I’ve ever had, so absolutely advice 🔥

I saw them all and nice.
Yoz should visit Banjaluka . Trebinje Is most beautiful BiH city .
sory you hew viber o whotsapp
I went to High School with many Bosnian people. During the Yugoslav War, Bosnian people came to the USA and some ended up in Grand Rapids, Michigan where I was born and raised. They are mostly terrific people and taught me a lot of curse words in Bosnian. 😅
USA accepted 1 million
Most every one of them were super good people I can guarantee you that. Great sense of humor and hard working both.
Dustin, in the name of people from Bosnia thank you very much. I have never been in America but i have lots of friend there who escape during the war. You are always welcome to Bosnia. Thank you a lot!
Kud baš psovki 🥰👍
@@robertosmith3556 about 300,000 I heard
You are doing more to promote Bosnia than the national tourism board. Well done to you!
Thanks ahaha
I was a peacekeepers in bosnia back in 97 0r 98 I was in the army Bosnia sure has changed since then its a beautiful country U.S Army that is.
There are many Bosnian people that work in my hospital here in Burlington Vermont. I now have a better understanding of where they came from. Good job Dari.
Thank you!
Bosnians in Vermont, now I've heard it all. I bet the proportion of Bosnians that could point to Vermont on a map is about the same as the amount of Vermontians that could point to Bosnia on a map.
@@sal78sal And you know all of them? I live 30 years of my 35 years in Austria and i know my Country very very Good 🤷🏼 Whats your point stupid?
Dari, thank you for the kind words about the Bosnia and also thank you for a very nice promotion of our country. Trust me, you haven't seen 2% of it, during your visit. Bosnia has a lot to offer if only tour agencies where a bit better in their organization and coverage. In following years, I believe Bosnia will be booming with tourism. We hope to see you again in Bosnia some time in the future. Much love from Sarajevo.
Thank you so much for your words! I also hope I will return there 😌
Ohhh yes,,, need to explore more ,,,
the whole video is in herzegovina, you just calling it bosnia ;(
My brother was there in 1999. Under the UN mission to supply people with food. He said it was beautiful. People pick Italy when they really need to jump over to this region.
Wooowwww😍 It's really beautiful!!! And the bridge is incrediblee!!😃 I think that Bosnia and Herzegovina deserve more tourism!!!! I just learned a lot of things that I didn't know. Thanks for the amazing video, Dari☺️😘
Thank you! Glad to know you enjoyed the video 🙌
This was fun! I want to go, now! It looks so beautiful!
🇧🇦 ❤️Bosnia is a very magical country!!! It has very unforgettable places, you made a very fantastic video!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you!
Wow the scenery is absolutely beautiful. I hope this video will inspire many people to visit. I had never even considered Bosnia and Herzegovina as a destination and this has certainly enlightened me. Awesome video.
Thank you so much Trevor ☺️
Wow that's a beautiful place. I've never thought of BiH as a destination before.
its not, its in the brink of another war and splitting into 3
@@powderskier5547 yeah :( did they even wait one day after this video was posted before declaring the intentions to secede? Sigh.
Stepping up the Production, Nice
I love Mostar and have been there a few times - very safe and wonderful people. Be sure to visit Međugorje too - the most peaceful place on earth! God Bless
No any basic explanation about battle on river Neretva (town of Jablanica), during WW2, where Tito's partisans successfully fought against Nazi and domestic collaborators (Serbian chetniks, Croatian domobrans) under magnifican Mt. Prenj... but there are an explanation about movie and Piccaso, actors S. Bondarčuk, J. Bruner... Incredible!
I have a great friend who's parents come from Bosnia. A beautiful country.
Burek you tok in that bakery is the most delicius in that part of our country.
19:50 Yeah, I would call most of those murals rather than graffiti. My mom dated a Croatian man who took her to Croatia, and she really loved it. It looks like Bosnia might even be prettier. Thanks for the video!
Nice Country.. Thanks 😃🥰👍🇧🇻
You and your videos are …..atmospheric!!! Great job thank you
Such a beautiful country! Thanks, Dari!
My niece did mission work with students in the Mostar area for a few years. The photos she sent me, of the area, were very beautiful.
Thank you for promoting Bosnia
Visit Travnik 1,5 h driving from Sarajevo. Small town with long history.
Wonderful Video Dari.... It looks like a good place to visit....... Keep Smiling my Dear Lady...... :-)))) xxxxxx
Wow! Taking a deep breath!! Bosnia & Herzegovina is scenicly spectacular and your camerawork captured this as good as any travel brochure. If I come I will definitely use Funky Tours services as recommended. I think I will be satisfied just eating lunch and dinners in different locations with overlooks, sunset views, and running rivers surrounded by mountains. It's a feast for the eyes and great rooftop, mountain view, and bridge sight-seeing adventure!!
The wine tasting is cool, as is the boat ride experience, the bazaar, and even the mosque and brick oven visits.
Thank you for your comment 🙌🏾☺️
Dari, did you use a drone to capture any shots in this video. At some points it seemed like you got arial shots.
Wow beutifil video.
Pozdrav iz Bosne i Hercegovine. 😀🤗
Bosnia is beautiful country. I especially like the ancient, stone buildings. Who would have thought jumping off bridges, though, would be a way to make a living.
a little thumbs up, that your video greatly deserves christophe. Thanks for those those wonderful views of Mostar Dari
Thank you)
Great video Dari l love to see you smiling
This is what you do best. Super fabulous video Dari. Lovely. So many lovely things in this world and your vlogs are reassuring. So pleased to see that million dollar smile.
Love from Australia 😀🇦🇺🦘🦘🦘
Thank you a lot 💫
Thank you Dari, it is really nice there but you must be careful
Great vlog. I like how you point out the little details that matter like how you need cash for many places there.
Thank you!
Wow Picasso, Bondarchuk and Orson welles!
looks like Bosnia Hezegovina will be in my bucket list thank you for sharing your trip
fantastic...WELCOME TO BOSNIA
The mountains are nice, I saw that jet up in the sky too😁, cool way of cooking the way they did in that town, those mountains are high, and so beautiful, and that wine looked very good, great experience indeed, I’d love to visit, wow Bosnia 🇧🇦
22:31 This building is supposed to be renovated soon, it was never fully used, part of it was a bank so it's famous in Mostar by the name "staklena banka" (Glass bank)
Dari, I really enjoyed this video! So glad you didn't lose this footage. What a beautiful country! You're such a good ambassador for BiH. Also, appreciate the longer format and like seeing your editing skills improve with every video. Thanks for the great content!
Thank you so much for your kind words, Jim! Means a lot 🙏🙏
Your doing a wonderful job giving these cities and villages the exposure they deserve. Helping local tour agents find new business connections and keeping people in the West aware of vistas they won't regret seeing. Bosnia was once the darling of the world. The Aristocracy and Royalty of the world went to these beautiful places for relaxation. Have a great week my friend.
Thank you, Murray 💫
I visited Sarajevo & Mostar 10 years ago. Both lovely, and the people too.
Evo tebi lajk rodice kad si i Čitluku bila👍
Dari you are always very enjoyable to watch. You are friendly and beautiful.
Thank you Kurt!
Tq for the amazing video. I didn't know there were so many places to visit in Bosnia. One of your best video so far.

Watching here from Tuzla , i am Filipina but i love this country where my husband lived i respect all the people, the beautiful landscape of Bosnia and Herzegovin looks like switzerland. I wish the best for all the people here. Lp😊😊😚
Very lovely place. I would love to spend some time there. I’m embarrassed to admit I was also thinking…Bosnia 😬War.
I’m learning so much about different places I would love to visit. I recently inherited some money and had planned to travel..then Covid hit and all travel has been restricted from the States. I’ve been planning on Israel and India because I have love ones there. Now, I’m rethinking everything after seeing your amazing video. 🌺
Thank you so much 🥰I really hope you will visit all the places you wanted to see!
Excellent video and info I'll definitely plan to visit I think april and may is good because of weather.
Glad to hear you enjoyed the video 😊

Thanks!
this place is amazing. i would love to visit this place. thanks for sharing
Before I move some place new , I study everything about that place before I move. And you already feel at home when you get there because you have already studied it so much.
Ahah that’s cool! As for me, I’m usually really spontaneous so I learn about the place when I come there ahaha
Wow your Parner and family must be really proud of you!👍👍👍
Very picturesque and stunning views.
Welcome ❤️
Hello Dari,
This is such a beautiful country with lots of nature.
Nice you enjoyed it and I became a fan after sunday.
Keep posting
Greetings
Thank you Hans!
Mashalla Beautiful video 👍🇮🇳
Prekrasno, hvala Ti❤️

@@DariStep ❤️🙂
Many people wouldn't consider a trip there, but they are missing out.
Mostar is gorgeous and the people are great. It's also sad when you hear the stories about the war and post war. After the terrible war there were millions of dollars given to rebuild the town. Much of that money was taken and not used for rebuilding. It's sad to see so many bullet ridden buildings, but it also really let's you understand how horrible the war was. And how recently it was.
Great job and thanks for sharing your experiences.
Thank you for your comment Larry 😌 I agree with you!
The story with Mostar and many other towns that were caught in ex-Yugoslavia wars, is that many buildings will never be repaired, because their owners just left the town for good. Or, in the case of large building as that bank/hotel in Mostar, the fact is that no one can find it economically viable to invest in such a large structures that are already too old and don't meet current standards of building.
Russian actor Yul Bryner (Юлий Борисович Бринер)
was also Russian born in vladivostok 1920 moved to America during the war He was an Russian why do people forget???
Burek in Bulgaria is called Баница btw
Very cool video. I think everyone else has already said anything I would, so I'll just say
Thank You for sharing this, I know these take a lot of time to make look this good, so thanks and keep 'em coming, you're a great emissary and fun to watch. 😀
Thank you Alex!
Dari, you are so talented lady!

Hello Dari. Hope you are doing okay. Really enjoyed this video. I learned more about Bosnia and Herzegovina than I had before. Video length was fine. Take care 🥰
I'm pleased you have your confidence back! Continue to make amazing content.
Bosnia and Herzegovina is almost as beautiful as you, Dari. Very interesting! Thanks for an awesome video!!
Thank you Greg 💫
Nice video 👌 thanks for sharing
Thank you!
Wow! Stunning beautiful place to visit.
Good efforts 👍.
Amazing views there and I wouldn't have guessed it would be so scenic, but I loved seeing the mountain village atmophere there.
Now these places are on my list when I start travelling... Thanks Dari
lovely video. Very impressed
Thank you!
@@DariStep Thank you Dari for proving these wonderful insightful videos! You should come and explore my country Canada once the covid thing is over.
This place is really awesome and thanks to your video you have contributed to describe and show us its great beauty. Thank you so much
Thank you for your comment, Gabriella!
It's a beautiful place! Glad you got to experience it!
Hello Dari! I loved this video! I am happy to see that Bosnia and Herzegovina are doing so well. The horrible war ended only about 26 years ago. I enjoyed the scenery and the food sure looks good!! Thank you, see you soon!!
Thank you Alan!
Thanks for showing us these beautiful places. Actually till now I never considered to come there, but now I am thinking it would be a great destination for a vacation. And you're traveling Business Class - not bad :-)
I wish to travel business class for 7-8€ all the time Ahahaha
Thank you ☺️
Wow it's so beautiful and traditional! I love the masonry.
Thank you for your comment Bryce 😊😊
Thanks for sharing ,the view is so nice!
Looks absolutely beautiful!
Your videos are mesmerizing. I get so lost in the beauty of them.
Nice blog
Biggest mistake was that you didn't try roasted lamb meet on your way to Mostar :D
Next time ahaha
"Let us explore all the world together!" My exploration now is of your videos, but I will travel again as well. All I have seen of this country in person so far is Neum in 2006.
Great video, enjoyed the tour, thanks! Does Bosnia have restaurants like America & Russia?
I cannot say about the USA, but I would say that the quality of the restaurants in Moscow are higher.
Much better time is August, if you want to be next to rivers in Bosnia. And yes, it has lot of nice views, nice places, food is quite affordable at the moment..., negative thing is, tourism is not organised very well but ok, at least you can see something in bigger cities.
What beautiful countryside 👍🤗
Very nice video folks Compliments
The old bridge is gorgeous. I could see you were not happy climbing up the stairs to the Mosque 🤣 but the view was definitely worth it!
Ahaha 😅
Dari became a "Babushka" for some moment here with those headscarfs :D (just a joke). Very nice video again. Bosnia is really beautiful. Those mountains reminds me when I was in Croatia. It looked almost the same.
😅
It's so atmospheric 😍😘
Ur voice is amazing Dari
Beautiful city. Thanks Dari
After watching such a nicely shot and imho just-right blend of conversational and narrative audio I almost felt like hopping on a flight tomorrow for a visit.
The video in the car kind of confused my eyes (or my mind?): looking forward you can see they drive on the right side of the road, but when the view is flipped inside it's not like you're looking into the car, in which case the driver should be on the right side of the screen and Dari on the left, but more like it's a mirror view, because Dari is on the right side, which needs to be reversed when edited. So, maybe not confusing but disorienting just a bit?
Yes, my mistake ahaha I should have changed to another side, sorry ☺
Рад, что вы наслаждаетесь и любите Боснийский дари!
Really enjoyed your vlog of Sarajevo and Mostar as i have wanted to to see Bosnia and Herzegovina for many years i hope to go there soon you have given a few ideas thanks lee.
