Hi. I am a Zentangle beginner from Australia and have had one online class so far with a CZT. It very much reminds me of a lot of ink drawing I used to do over 40 years ago, only so much prettier. I just love this. Life has had me occupied with many distractions to creativity and I feel Zentangle is going to help me reconnect to my creative brain through what has been a very foggy period of depression. I just wanted to share how much I am loving watching your clips demonstrating your wonderful artwork and the various patterns. Thank you so much!

Just found you/your CZcams channel and Facebook page today. Did this one tonight ... originally I thought it would be way too involved for me, a newbie, but I am very happy with the way it came out. Have not added any color and would like to see, in another tutorial, the process that you used. Thank you.
That's great, Sharon. If you check out my later tutorials, many have color layering in them. The one I just now posted, for example.

Yes - I just posted the site today in another CZcams that covers a circular pattern. The compass is called the Iris and is from Maker's Cabinet. www.makerscabinet.com/products/iris
I know it's expensive - was a gift from my daughter. Some of my students bought knock offs that didn't work well. So I recommend the original. Have fun with it!
Sadly no demonstration of the coloring process and the completed work with all the embellishments. But anyway, great artwork. Hope your videos would demonstrate the full completed works in the future.
Sorry for your frustration. I originally did that so people could easily learn in black and white and use the feature photo as an inspiration. But I'm going forward the way you suggest.
