HI GUYS🤍 in this video I share with you guys my favorite ways to practice self care :) what is self care to you? Watching your fav show, ordering takeout, etc?
Reading, sleeping, showering, skin care and lounging around is self-care to me.

Working out, streching , reading books, watching k-dramas, drinking coffee and snacks is self care to me 🥺
Reading, spending time in nature, going to spa, buying myself flowers, going to a coffee shop, going to one of my favourite restaurant, watching one of my favourite movies and meditating. The list goes on...😊
So crazy I was thinking the whole day how I hate how I've been in a slump for the past week and then I open my laptop and ur video came up at the perfect moment! Made my whole week much better!
