    Ingredients:
    2/3 cup milk -160 ml
    1/4 cup granulated sugar-50 g
    1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted-40 g
    1 large egg
    2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour-325 g
    2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Vanilla Essence
    1 tsp. Lemon zest
    For the filling
    1/4 cup (40 g) Unsalted Butter
    1/4 cup( 55 g) Sugar
    2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
    For the glaze:
    4 oz (115 g) Cream Cheese
    2 tbsp. Melted Unsalted Butter
    1 cup(120 g) Powdered Sugar
    Milk (as needed)
    Instructions:
    Make the Dough:
    Mix butter, milk, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.
    Add egg, salt, vanilla, and lemon zest. Mix well.
    Gradually add flour, mixing until the dough is smooth and elastic.
    Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
    Shape the Rolls:
    Roll dough into a 16x11-inch rectangle.
    Spread with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    Roll tightly from the long edge and cut into 6 pieces.
    Place in a greased baking dish, cut side up. Let rise until puffed.
    Bake:
    Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
    Brush tops with melted butter.
    Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
    Make the Glaze:
    Whisk cream cheese, powdered sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
    Add milk as needed for consistency.
    Finish:
    Let rolls cool slightly, then pour glaze over the top.
