Chechi, I have a doubt to ask you: in order to make palappam, when V take rice flour what taste difference will be there if V add aval/choru? As I don’t like the taste of soda podi & yeast, what else can I add in it?
When you add aval and choru texture will improve..another thing..if you want to avoid yeast and soda podi...it's easy..keep half cup of coconut water mixed with half tsp sugar overnight..more time you keep better..like 20hrs..it will get fermented...you can add it to the batter and mix thoroughly..keep the batter for fermentation and then use..🤩
