- 今年本来没有种菊芋，可是无心插柳柳成荫，土壤中残留的一块菊芋长了一大棵出来，而且是在水泥地面上，根本不用管理，收获更是比用心种的还要多，真是让人惊叹。
菊芋，又称洋姜”，它的的地下块茎富含淀粉、菊糖等，可以煮汤，熬粥，或者腌制咸菜。菊芋具有胰岛素的作用，能有效调节血糖平衡，此外它含有大量纤维，能促进肠道的蠕动，有治疗便秘的作用，对减肥人群的帮助很大 。菊芋的生长能力极强，耐干旱，耐涝，种一次永远挖不完而且不生虫。
