yes, it's a receipe with garlic, spicy sausage, black pudding and bacon bits, cooked with semoulina. It used to be eaten with green grapes. There is a tradition while you're eating. If there is a garlic in your mouth, you are supossed to drink red wine. In spanish they say : Ajo, trago as Garlic, sip.

Would anyone know the chords of this?
I just transcribed the melody. I may be wrong, but it all seems to be based off the chord Em7. I don't think there's any chord strumming in the song other than the melody.
