If you love black and red steelbooks, there's an absolutely gorgeous blu ray one for Bram Stoker's Dracula! Bummer to hear Prince of Darkness is so low on your list, it's actually one of my favorite John Carpenter movies...
Will definitely check out the Steelbook of Dracula. Hopefully it's a 4K edition as well. Prince of Darkness is low on my list but not taking away from the fact that it's still a good movie. I just think he set the bar so high for himself that this one felt a little lacking
@@millerman9991 That steelbook came out quite some years ago, so I doubt there's one for 4K. It was part of the Project Popart series of steelbooks. Absolutely beautiful art on that one. Carpenter indeed set the bar extremely high for himself in the 80s!
Great stuff Keith^^ Yea Prince of Darkness has a bad rap, I enjoy it alot. The problems only really start when you look at the rest of Carpenters filmography and yes it does pail in comparison to all the other movies from that stage in his career but its bummer cuz it is good fun!

Yes, that Demonic Steelbook is indeed a German release. I had already seen your other videos about your favourite Steelbooks, so I know you love these red and black Steelbooks. A few days ago I was watching an unboxing of the US 4k Blu-ray Steelbook of Carlito's Way. When I saw it, I immediately thought of you and I was wondering if you would be getting this Steelbook just for the colour scheme. It seems like there won't be a British/Irish release of the Steelbook, but there is a French release of it. From what I've seen of it, the four Steelbooks of the newly released Universal Classic Monsters Collection look absolutely amazing. I really like the design on them. However, as usual, Zavvi is asking more than 30 Euro a Steelbook. So, buying all four of them will cost me more than 120 Euro. On Amazon Italy they cost somewhere between 22 and 27 Euro, depending on the movie. So, I'll just be importing them from Italy.
I think that is the smart thing to do when it comes to buying steelbooks. If I can buy them anywhere else other than zavvi I would and it's great to hear that the prices are so much cheaper on Amazon Italy. I seen them classic monster Steelbooks and I think they look fantastic. As a matter a fact I might just go onto Amazon Italy and pick them up myself. This is what I love about CZcams people giving me heads up on these editions. I thought they were zavvi exclusive and it's great now to know that I can get them elsewhere. Believe it or not but I've just purchased a few steelbooks from Amazon Italy. I got unforgiven 4K Steelbook for €17 and I also got Suicide Squad Steelbook for €12. Will definitely check out Frankenstein

The regular 4k Blu-ray release costs only 24,50 Euro, while the Steelbook is 30 Euro. Over here (in the Netherlands) the regular 4k Blu-ray release is 35 Euro, so the simple Amaray is already more expensive than the Steelbook in Italy. The Steelbook costs 39 Euro over here. Release date is the 26th of January. So, I can choose between waiting until the end of January and paying a ridiculous price or paying a good price and even getting it seven weeks earlier. Well, that's a very easy decision to make.

Hey Andrew. I own at least 30 arrow steelbooks but I said in one of my videos that I was not going to put them in because I want to do a separate video for my arrow steelbooks. No I'm not buying any of arrows releases on 4K especially if they were out before on Blu-ray. Apparently there where 4K transfers are not much better than the Blu-rays from what I've been told
