    Another great overview. After visiting a few times I understand your descriptions much better and the compare contrast makes much more sence. BTW, on Zillow some properties are listed as "Hot Home" is that just a marketing ploy? What does that mean?

    17:25 I think your map went haywire. Happy Valley does not go west of 163rd. She was talking about going EAST on Happy Valley to end up at the 303 in Peoria.

      @@shepelkstone you are correct, the car was heading to the community Desert Oasis but I spun off talking about a different shopping area off of Happy Valley
