  • Hi everyone,
I hope you're all doing well and staying safe!
In this video, I walk you through a solution to a common problem many face when integrating Microsoft Forms with SharePoint List with Power Automate using Forms ID. If you've been struggling to create a flow that turns form responses into SharePoint List Item, this video is for you!
    *Problem Statement:*
I encountered an issue where my flow in Power Automate couldn't locate my Microsoft Form from the drop-down menu, despite using the available template on the PA homepage.
    *Solution:*
In this step-by-step tutorial, I cover:
    1. Creating a Form in Microsoft Forms: Setting up your form with the necessary fields.
    2. Configuring Power Automate: How to create a flow that triggers when a form is submitted.
    3. Create the PA Flow using the Forms ID. (Watch the Video)

I wish the commentator would slow down in explaining. The explanations go very fast and it becomes hard to see which options were selected to perform the task. It's impossible for newbies' to understand anything only if you have done it multiple times you can get the gist of it. Disappointing video!
