then connection of your motor is not good position correct the common running start winding connection and attach capacitor on the running and start winding and neutral wire on the running winding and line on the common winding then speed will become ok

thanks for your comment their could have been something blocking the drain hole inside the dryer drainage so that's why water is not flowing properly and draining so thats why the water is struck in the dryer check the drainage pipe clean it and the problem will be solved

thanks for your comment here it is possible that you washing dryer side capastor is burned or motor coil is burned but if motor is running it means big possibility that capastor is faulty
I have a Dawlance DW5200 Washing+Dryer Machine. Its dryer side Machine does not work, sometimes dryer motor runs very slowly and sometimes motor does not move and just produce humming noise instead. How to check and repair the dryer side of this machine?
Thanks for your comment please check the capacitor whether it is shorted or weak change it your problem will be solved if the problem is still the same the motor of your machine is faulty you have to either repair or change the motor
