Snack Chip Drama In Portland - Things Gets Crazy at The Delivery

I wasn't expecting there to be any snack chip drama during this short haul from Hermiston, Oregon and delivery in Portland.
I picked up this load of chips from a snack producer in Hermiston thinking it was going to be a quick and easy delivery of snack chips in Portland followed my dinner with my daughter and grand-kids.
You never know when things are going to go crazy with a delivery. The weather was snowy, but that wasn't even a factor this time.

Are the drive/ rest times still the same? 12 on 12 off

In the US these times are: up to 14 hours of on duty time with a minimum 10 hour break.
