- In this Video Im deep diving into some exploits of the Finals and uncover some game breaking bugs to completely change the Gameplay of the game.
Im explaining some of the newest movement Tech like barrel launches and Superglides. Aswell as breaking most of the weapons again.
How to get perfect Accuracy and animation cancel to increase your damage with the best weapon in the finals will be explained in detail in this video. Most of this will surely be seen in high competetive games in the near future by the highest rated players in ranked.
Most important is the Animation Cancel of the Heavy shotgun, the SA1216 that can decide entire teamfights and win you the tournament.
There is probably alot more hidden tech to uncover in the Finals and im always looking for more ways to break it.

Why is no one talking about the fact that at least on console you don't have to swap to a gadget to animation cancel just press whichever button equips your primary weapon. I just tested this on console you can do the shotgun animation cancel by shooting 3 times pressing x then pressing y then you can shoot the next 3 shots. This is also really useful for canceling reloads whenever you want.
Oh thats really good to know. I only tested the swap on controller. That makes it way easier

It doesnt cost me much time to do and might help someone. And I had a few people that are just starting to learn english for them its way easier to read and llisten at the same time than just trying to understand what I say by hearing
Any animation cancelling that affects dps should be fixed. Damage should not be balanced around exploiting, every one should be on the same playing field at default and your movement and aim should be what wins you fights.
While i would love to have it in the game I think it will be patched. The Movement tech should definetly stay in

It’s not really related to the super glide, but if you press crouch while mantling/climbing something, you’ll cancel the animation and start falling down. But if you already made it up on the object you’re climbing, you can press crouch to cancel out the rest of the climbing animation, and if you’re holding sprint, you can press crouch again to immediately start sliding and get your full momentum back. It’s basically the equivalent to sliding off of a mantle in apex without having to run first.
I think I have been doing that subconsciously. But its a good reminder because i think most people have no Idea
@@swalees Alsoo, you never talked about how you can melee way faster by doing the same cancel animation that you showed with the shotgun. You can get at least 3 melees in with the animation cancel by the time you do one melee with its normal animation. Great video, I think there's enough other exploits to go around to maybe make a part 2?

tip i just found for sa1216 animation cancel: swap to c4 because you can equip it even on cooldown, and binding that to a mouse button works if you dont want to bind reload to one
The animation cancel is so so similar to double/quad shot with the Halo 2 Battlerifle 😮

for most guns if you cancel the animation when you see the magazine enter the gun and swap back, it reduces the reload time

Food for thought- its more effective dps, but you have more windows of downtime [3,3,3,3,4 vs 4,4,4,4]. If that 4th shot would kill someone you could end up dying instead only having shot 3 shells. That window is relatively small compared to the regular animation. It looks worth it to cancel in every scenario outside of those

I fully agree on this. If you are 1 shell away from finishing someone you shouldnt animation cancel. I still sometimes do if there are multiple people low and I know I have enough health to tank a bit more dmg.
But yes it sometime can add more time to finish someone with the downtime.

Grappling onto the red gas can is neat and so is superglide. Not sure about the sentry gun jump.
Really just depends on if there is counterplay that is rewarding or it is just a reasonable movement tech.
Animation canceling is awesome and should stay but peobably make it where you have to rotate shotty's barrel at every fourth bullet lol
I also noticed the 100% hipfire accuracy glitch, and to add on. if you grapple and switch guns midair you can keep the accuracy in the air. Really good for trickshotting

If you are doing the barrel glitch where you put the turret on top shooting the barrel will make the goo float and if you put a second turret on the side it gets flug across the map

Ehh the animation cancel isn't needed for a change, since it is just a mechanic
here is something i learned about the anti-cheat system kicking you out. any programs in your computer that run RGB controls and are running in the background could cause the kick, also any mouse software is considered by the anti cheat as a threat because of macros, on top of that programs like rainmeter, wallpaper engine among other widgets are also considered threats for some reason. Once i closed all of them i stopped getting kicked from the game. I hope this help and hopefully you can make a video about this problem.
yeah I heard about the RGB softwares causing Issues. I will try disabling all of the stuff you mentioned.

@@swalees It's related to the easy anti cheat and discovery folders in your appdata not being updated when the game updates, just delete them and things should run fine
@@enderbreton8136 I tried that before and this didnt help. It seems to help other people.
For me it was the Corsair ICUE . I disabled the funktion that other apps can control it and that fixed it for me.

I don’t know if it’s well known or not, but you can time a shot with your invisibility cloak to remain invisible. With the double barrel I shoot and immediately press the cloak bind and remain invisible

So Heavy Barricades can be used for speed boosts, good exploit/trick to know about
I do like them alot. Can be done with Medium Turrets aswell.

Does the cross hair thing work on shotguns? Specifically the heavy or medium shotty. I'm assume you already tested it bc that'd be broken. But just in case you haven't, that would be op
Yeah it doesnt work xD. Shotguns always have the same spread. Scoping or hipfire aswell as any other trick wont change that.
I found some more OP uses for the hipfire no spread exploits, also some some tricks for the sword. I would like to share it with you on discord if you want

Have you tried doing the animation cancel by pressing the button you have set to equip your primary? I've tested this on console and it even works for canceling reloads instantly.

Animation cancel on the shotty I'm on the fence about. If they leave it they need to make it slower but advanced tech isnt a bad thing necessarily
Thats what im thinking. Its OP with the cancel atm. But some tweaking can make it good in normal fire and great with some tech training.

Im sorry that I didnt include that. Im not active on Reddit so I just saw a clip of the Barricade Superglide and found that was the easiest way to do it. Great Job on finding that.

As a light one time i was mantling onto a ledgo and i think my character mustv been looking directly down as i was mantling and i went flying forwRd i thiught it was all momentum

to fix the anticheat kicking you you have to do this:
win + r
type "%localappdata% into that
and then rename the "embark" and "discovery folders in there
you can rename it to anything, i changed mine to discovery12 and embark12
it will reset your ingame settings but not any ingame items
I did smth similar andjust deleted everthing in that folder aswell as disable all RGB software and didnt get kicked for 1 day. So one of these seemed to work.
fire all 4 shotgun shells and meele, after that u can shoot ur next 4 shells...way easier to performe in cqc. u can hold ur fire button
It does work. But I tested it and its barely faster than normal Fire.
My new trick still is over a second faster when shooting the full mag.
Past few days the exploits are almost every match. No scope snipers and hand guns are killing me as a heavy..
Crosshair thing doesn't seem to work on medium with the tracking dart.
I just tried it again. It works but not as effectively as the light guns.
For autofire guns its not 100% perfect (like AKM or FCAR) But it significantly reduces the spread.

I think that with all weapons that can be animation cancelled they should just increase the firerate and such to match the animation cancel speed at a sensible amount, so you can still beat it with perfect cancels but for most people it's the same or worse to do the trick.
It's likely easier to fix the problem by just buffing the stuff than to fix the root problem of the exploit, also people who use it currently can't complain too much as they aren't losing much.
Though most weapons that can be animation cancelled need a buff anyway so it's fine
The Finals generally needs a bit of finetuning with the Weapons. But yeah animation cancels are always in a weird spot.
Most games just fix them when its getting popular to use them.
@@swalees I hope they finetune the Mediums shotgun, it has a reload speed that is insanely long even for a single round.
I haven't timed it but I swear that shotgun has the slowest reload of all Mediums weapons, even though you'd expect it to be the fastest

is the shotgun reloading a glitch?
Obviously the hipfire exploit needs to be patched. The superglide is a strange quirk of the vaulting system trying to prevent a player getting stuck so some passes should help with fixing the jankiness of that one. A 25% increase in dps is unacceptably large for an animation cancel. Honestly, I hate how the weapon works as is personally even if it is good, that cycling feels extremely awful and even worse when you pop all four shot, die immediately after, only to be revived into a helpless state as you have to cycle the tube. That's really rough and just unfun feeling in my opinion.
Oh and the barrel grapple is awesome. I love cool movement techs like that. You need a barrel, use the motion sensor, and a grapple to pull it off. The resource cost definitely makes it worthwhile to keep.

Well I only encountered that after changing Motherboard/CPU. And some other people had this Issue with updating their BIOS.
So the only real Tech I have is downgrading the PC again xD

It's related to software and hardware issues not in-game related things, i usually get kick for first 5 min of games so i always go to practice and get kicked once then im good for anyplay cause i won't receive any kick after first kick on practice.

They actually rewoked all of the bans. It was a mistake on their side.

It doesnt trigger the Anticheat. The anticheat triggered on my RGB cooler ( ICUE Software)

I really hope they fix the animation cancel on the shotty as well as the 100% accuracy hip-fire. This aren't hidden tech, those are exploits that doesn't increase the skill ceiling but makes it harder for new players to fight back unless they find the obscure method to cheese the damage. And definetly nerfing the shotty's damage but keeping the exploit will ruin the weapon entirely.
Also, the supergliding should be removed as it is another exploit or make it so it's accesible from the start and doesn't require another obscure technique to pull it off. But looking back at the closed beta where the movement was different, maybe if they decide to do something with the superglide then it will be to remove it.
If they just keep removing every fun tech in the game this game wont last long.
Even Apex is smart enough to not ban movement tech
But I think the hipfire accuracy should be patched. And shotgun could just be a harder to learn weapon. If the damage is nerfed it will just need some time to learn to be good at it and it wont be OP

These are all easy to patch. Set speed limits for the gliding stuff. Disabling game breaking animation cancels will be harder, but it's still possible.
Im fine with them patching the bugs on the weapons but pls dont take any more Movement away from the players.
Shotgun reload cancel will probably be patched out. It allows people using xims to fire a complete uninterrupted full auto attack.

I think it adds to the fun of the game. It just keeps the game interesting because you can always improve.

I didn't keep up with the "tech" community until I started playing apex. I think there is a divide in people thinking playing the most "optimal" is fun versus the ones seeing this "tech" and genuinely dropping the game because they think it's hacks
After some testing, the Heavy Shotgun reload trick can be done with the Mesh Shield. Which can be used to skip the long reload while retreating or blocking damage with the shield.

I personally hate any skill expression in games that relies on bugs and exploits. And I feel like animation canceling is one of those, the game has a limitation on a powerful weapon that it can only shoot in 4 shot bursts and you are removing that balancing factor from the gun. This isn't skill expression this is cheating a game mechanic. I hope they patch everything in this video out of the game.
