The house has an entry vestibule, and in my mind I'll substitute an entertainment center for the fireplace. The kitchen is small. I mean, small. I'd have to replace the table with an island for both counter and cabinet space. Maybe the table would fit against the front wall near the entry. The laundry room is a good size. It's an attractive house, but its shortcomings are the inadequate kitchen and the lack of a second bathroom or a powder room.
Small houses are the best. Very cozy. Has everything two people could need. Thank you 🌷
My favorite parts are the floating shelves in the kitchen, cupboards, & raised sink in the bathroom.
I love that you always incorporate one or two porches (my favorite porch is a wrap around), and a fireplace, hardwood floors (I hate carpet), and walk in showers (I have no use of a tub). Your living rooms are always a good size even in this tiny house. This is near perfect, I would just make a couple of tweaks. Perfect single person home.❤
Its just me and my puppy well shes about 11 i want this one
Love that stone work in the living room. This makes for a nice summer home.
Nice home, needs a powder room and a bigger master bedroom. Storage is minimal. Love the laundry room.
I love it ♥️, the entrance, the living room and that fieldstone look, love the floors, the kitchen, love that star look in the bathroom by the shower, the laundry room, the both bedrooms, with the tan & beige color, awesome color combination
DARLING!
Love it perfect ❤

Hello Jasper, very lovely home. I love the layout. How tall would the ceiling height be on a home like this. 😊
The outside is lovely. The inside has flaws. First, that entry. Guests enter facing the side of the refrigerator, and all the mess in the kitchen. Mind you, I defy anyone to cook a large, multi course meal in there. Work surface and storage are sparse at best. If you have 4 at the table, the cook has to be on the kitchen side in order to be able to open what passes for an oven. To open the fridge the other person on that side needs to move. I'm afraid this house is simply small to be small without enough thought about how people would live in it. It would begin to feel cramped in a matter of weeks. It could be fixed by moving the side wall of the living room out one more window bay, so about 6 feet, and moving the back wall out until the cross ridge meets the front to back ridge, so I am guessing about 4 feet. That would allow both bedrooms to feel much more spacious, allow for a proper foyer, and allow space outside the cooking zone for dining the house would feel much more livable and comfortable.
Hi Jasper, I like this small home! But I have a question: The tall peaked roof shows a window that looks like it is above the first bedroom but there doesn't seem to be any way to access that space. Is this home meant to have a second floor? Thanks
