The biggest issue for legitimate players isn’t the timing of the event but the trust they have in activision to ensure the tournament is clear of players hacking.
It won’t happen. Top 250 of every season of ranked for the past 2 games has been 75% filled with cheaters. They can’t even properly do public matchmaking I think asking them to keep tournaments clean is above their grade.
Not to mention the company throwing you in lagging severs

It's unfortunate that there is probably be teams or individuals who do not make the WSOW because of the last minute timeframe to qualify. Regardless I'm looking forward to the content.

95% of players won't even care about the WSOW, there will be the 5% of the playerbase that'll play it but since CoD is casual there is a small playerbase

Never going to happen. Its so different game on ps5 with crossplay of everyone got same fps and all. There is too many things going on when all platforms play together.
This game needs console only crossplay, pc master race should play by them self.

That's why they're only paying out the top 20 at final LAN, can't see the cracked Chinese teams I come up against doing well on LAN though, can't put my finger on the reason why? 😂

Nope
If it’s an open qualifier then it’s always game over. There’s absolutely no way that hackers won’t be running rampant. In order to have a truly secure qualifier they’re have to run it on a competitive specific server with a massively buffed anti cheat or have regional LAN location events much like CDL events. I already feel bad for the legit players who are about to get completely screwed out of life changing money.

Face it is really bad they already have tons of problems with challengers (multiplayer) league
Is there much point to cheating so you can qualify? At some point, you’ll end up facing players who are actually good so you won’t be walking away with any money
That’s why they take the spot of an actual good player wanting a try
@@ZazaaEricc I think it’s a bit of a waste of time worrying about that tbh. Just do your best and if you don’t qualify, try again next year. Rather than worrying about someone stole a place from you by cheating

FaceIT is the platform for Counter-Strike. Hopefully with activision they will develop their own playlist. These kind of quals shouldn't be happening on public playlists with random people on the server..
So then cheaters can qualify from the comfort of their home rooms and perform like no thumb Timmy’s on LAN, and then be excused by the all encompassing excuse that “ it’s lan, obviously they won’t do well, they playing against the best”.

Yup. Qualifying is up to who has the best VPN and undetected cheats.

With the amount of cheaters in the game i can't take competitive seriously at all.

I started the video thinking you were saying it was truly open to everyone. Sounds like it's just for people who stream themselves playing. Got it.

joewo says nobody in the top 250 cheats. why are you trying to make twitch streamers look bad because... they are all in the top 10 of 250 and when you say the players below them cheat.... what are you trying to say?
There is a lot of people on the 250 list that are completely unknown, there is even some in the top 20 that are genuinely cheating, some even stream on tiktok and show off their cheats since tiktok won't ban the person where as Twitch and CZcams do ban cheaters
I generally like the subject of the videos but can’t bring myself to watch it entirely as the wording is repetitive and tiring to listen to.
