PerryLime thanks very much brother, I really appreciate that! I’d say yes and no really mate, for example, I was suuuuper excited about my balenciaga tracks however I don’t get the most wear out of them due to awful UK weather haha, however when I do wear them I’m in love 😍😂!
STYLEDBYNATE I find that how excited I am about getting something and how excited I am just when I get it, actually isn’t a great indicator for how many wears I’ll end up getting out of the piece or how soon I get tired of it 😅 I’m trying to be smarter about what I’m getting and devising a better strategy than just getting the first thing I get a crush on 😄 Just wanted to know if you experienced the same ✌️
PerryLime ohh absolutely mate, I totally get where you are coming from. I would never impulse buy, using my Balenciaga’s as an example, I wanted them for 6 months before I eventually pulled the trigger and purchased them, the fact I still knew I loved them and wanted them 6 months down the line is how I knew. I’ve also recently tried to do a 1 in 1 out, every time I’m purchasing new items I’m selling items I no longer have a need for if that makes sense! But the things I’m now purchasing I’m being smarter about, I’m looking to start bringing in more long term staples that I know will be in my collection for years and years to come 🙌🏼
STYLEDBYNATE Yeah. I try to remember only to really splurge on essentials and timeless pieces and not go to crazy with seasonal pieces. I’ll bet those B tracks will see a lot of wear come summer tho. Bet you will be happy with them! 😄👌
