Shoutout to the real ones who stayed for the bonus cut at the very end
Thank you for the educational addendum. Now I know mine, too.
I did😅
That was really cute at the end
It was awesome
"No more ABC's"...
*Says more letters*
Cracked me up
I honestly kind of like Airtime Thrills trashing on horrible coasters
It’s more fun.
That's me and my brother in the front, coming into the brakes on Viper at 11:19 that was my first upsidedown ride. I used to love that thing but I didn't know better 😂😂
You are so right about Green Lantern. There is a reason we called it "the Revenge of the Nutcracker." Worst ride ever. It was very painful.
Your monotone, matter of fact delivery makes it absolutely hilarious when you roast terrible coasters. Knew this vid would be great
Your hate on Skyrush will always be a joke among enthusiasts
*Sighs in relief in Skyrush*
I fully expected "N" to be Ninja at my home park, Six Flags St. Louis. Dodged a bullet!
Its honestly fun even though it is rough
If you avoid it's one cranium cracker spot, it's not bad. How? As you travel onto the second loop, pull the restraints tightly toward you, push your shoulders forward into the restraints, and stiffen your neck. If you do this, you will survive Ninja with no head trauma. You're welcome.
Not sure how it isn't. Riding that was my all-time worst experience on any roller coaster (possibly tied with T3), even worse than Time Warp, Mind Eraser or Roar. I never rode Green Lantern First Flight though, so that might have been worse.
Ninja at over Georgia could have easily made this list as well. An absolutely terrible coaster in it's day. They claim it's better with new trains as Blue Hawk but I find that hard to believe.
@@ashleighelizabeth5916 It actually is much better now. Blue Hawk is actually quite enjoyable
I love airtime thrills absolutely roasting the hell out of bad coasters
I see Anaconda in the thumbnail and I arrive in the comments to ARGUE
Fight me
czcams.com/video/xa_k9cGMqOM/video.html
Knew Pegasus was coming over Pirate’s Cove because that neck snap footage is just too hilarious to resist
My home park is Canadas wonderland where half of the rides hurt you
Same, though last year I swear I got a smooth ride on flight deck, I wish I took note of the seat but I was freaking out
My home park is Michigan's Adventure where all of the rides hurt you😜
My home park is Six Flags America, and honestly same.
Mine is Carowinds and its kinda the same. Vortex, Hurler, Cyclone, Cobra’s, and Kiddy Hawk are out for blood
Same home park, same feelings. I warn people about Minebuster and then when we get to the brake run and they're groaning I just laugh.
Traumatizer was a great name as it was sponsored by the pop brand Tizer. The only pleasure Infusion gives is when it ends, but being over the water it does photograph well.
Would be immensely improved with new modern trains and a paint job but Amanda ain't about to spend anything on it
F- grade, WhipLASH, BACK onto your head
Flashback: You just summarized me!
I cannot believe you bypass the Chance Toboggan. Those things are torturous.
That’s what Swiss tobbagan is
Love the ABC’ rendition at the end
me and the family love to watch your videos. We were saying a count down for the best stations for coasters. Ive not seen many if any videos of the stations, you spend more time there than on most of the coasters.
Best stations is interesting, a tough list for sure
Another classic as always. Keep up the good work.
The Screechin’ Eagle at LeSourdsville Lake Amusement Park/Americana was the worst coaster I ever ridden. It looked like it was going to fall apart. And, off ride, there was a section so loose, it did look like it would fall apart.
Second was the S.O.B. with and without the loop. The “Rose Bowl” helix was brutal.
Q R S, Q R E… that had me rolling 😂
Really like the music in the background. Im not sure if you normally do it lol, but I really noticed it in this video and I think it's a great touch
I do always put music, not always sure how audible it is
I'll probably get hate from this, but Runaway Mine Train at SF Great Adventure. It was the most physically painful ride I've been on due to its janky hills and turns, worse than the 4D Free-fly coaster I've been on. The turn over the water looks good from the path, but I was too busy bracing myself to notice it on the ride.
Dragon at Adventureland had some pretty intense moments and it was pretty short so it wasn't that bad but it was indeed janky lol
The bunny hills before the lift hill were torturous. I am pretty sure they gave me whiplash as a kid.
Solid list! If you are ever looking to ride a good version of Doo Wopper, Twist ‘n’ Shout at Family Kingdom is phenomenal. On par to being the best wild mouse I’ve ridden, and easily the second-best coaster in the state (after Swamp Fox).
Video idea: the most likely coaster from each manufacturer/park to be removed next
Bandit!!! this one was awesome. I enjoy these bad woody's. I go in them knowing it is bad and then enjoy al the terreblenes. I enjoy the pain of others and looking at the cars infront of me going every direction but the right one. Its so mutch fun going on a staight track and seeing al the cars going other directions. I sit with a friend and point to all of this. Trust me, this will make you laugh.
My first introduction to coasters was the janky Mad Mouse when it was at Enchanted Forest in Chesterton,IN. Now closed. Plus I grew up on the Shockwave and loved it 😂
the worst roller coasters are the one with no airtime and no thrills, every ride needs airtime thrills
Great video! I enjoyed watching! I would have said Coaster Express in Spain for C dishonorable mentions but i dont know about many awful coasters.
Coaster Express is definitely a good call
@@AirtimeThrills Thanks so much!
Coaster Express is still horrible but its not rough anymore I wouldn't call it one of the worst coasters ever just because its boring
@HugeRMCFanBoY-bx3od oh I see . It only has to be one of the worst coasters for C though, not of all time.
Every one of Airtime Thrill’s video is a banger and doesn’t disappoint!!!!!
I actually enjoyed blue tornado on my trip to Gardaland a few years back, actually my favourite ride at the park. It was extremely intense and the roughness could be easily dealt with by bracing your head to the right side (which I always do on rough coasters). Infusion however, I only rode once and didn't try again on my subsequent trip. Made me feel ill for the whole day and it's the 2nd worst coaster I've ever done. Great list as always
So glad you agreed with Pegasus. Went to Mt Olympus two summers ago and loved the water park and flat rides. But one night, we decided to go on the coasters, and started with Pegasus. Keep in mind, this was one of my first coasters, and my other woodie experiences included the boss, which I personally hate (headache for the rest of the day). So we went on Pegasus, and we both agreed that it was awful. The view of the park was nice, but nothing else. It is the reason I try to avoid wooden coasters to this fay
I actually kinda enjoyed viper at great adventure as a kid.. I do remember it having the most uncomfortable head restraints ever and part of the thrill was surviving the huge head bang at the final banked turn.
I think H could have been Hero at Flamingo Land in the UK (or at least have been mentioned) because it’s apparently as bad as Time Warp but I’ve been on neither until maybe later this year with Hero.
Do Hero for the credit and steer clear, when I went it was my first ride of the day. Things could only get better.
And Super Flight was easily twice as bad as Time Warp, so it deserved more than a dishonorable mention.
Hero is notoriously bad, but worse than Harley, not sure
@@StamfordBridgeoh god how could it be that much worse
Flashback: in my top ten coasters of all time. Feeling that dive again and again! No coaster has ever been able to replicate that feeling for me. I agree about the restraints and roughness though. Unpopular opinion, but I have wanted you to know for a while that at least one person loved Flashback!
I would be the 2nd person to have loved Flashback. I rode this in the early 90's as a kid and it wasn't as rough. I think what made it worse was simply "the ride rotation program," coupled with months of "standing but not operating during the summer."
Jokers Revenge is to this day the roughest, most violent head banging coaster I’ve ever ridden. That said, I loved it as a kid.
I love how he does the thing where he does the best first and then the worst last
I ILLLOOOVEEEEEE worst coaster lists 😂 The viper when it was in six flags great adventure is mine.
I am thrilled you picked Movie World’s Bandit for worst B !
I had to sit down for half an hour after the first and only ride - it’s a “Ball-wrecker” ! I was very close to throwing up because of the hurting balls !
Rameses (formerly Vikingo), Parque de Atracciones de Zaragoza (Mont Juic, Barcelona)
I've ridden the other Vekoma Hurricane, Comet at Walygator, France. It was really underwhelming rough, especially the turn after the loop. For C, Coaster Express at Parque Warner Madrid is a solid contender. Despite being massive, it does nothing aside from beating you.
Hot take: Anaconda is underrated and enjoyable if you are tall enough that your head doesn't hit the restraint, and the coaster for some reason always felt special/nostalgic to me when I visited the park. However, if Chance Rides could work with Kings Dominion in the future when Anaconda reaches its end of life, fix the ending of the coaster while making the start similar to pay homage, keep the iconic look of the Arrow track since their track design is similar, provide their trains with better restraints, and add theming such as water effects before and after going through the tunnel and possibly jungle theming, then Anaconda 2 by Chance Rides has the potential of becoming a S-tier coaster in my opinion.
these are all really good takes
I came for the roasts.
I was not disappointed.
CANADAS WONDERLAND MADE IT🫡🇨🇦 time warp is jus so awkward, hopefully it and flight deck get removed
It confuses why they still have them there 😭
Hopefully Canadas wonderland gets a intamin blitz for 2025
Both should be taken out for a good vekoma multi launch
@@Basketballkid2342 unfortunately don’t expect anything from Intamin for a while. They developed a pretty sour relationship with Cedar Fair.
If there is going to be a launch coaster, it would most likely be from a company such as S&S.
I hope it does not get removed, its underated and fun!
I'm glad you mentioned Montezum, but I think it deserved the spot as the worse RCCA, as it still operates and gives riders neck and back pain. It's very common to meet prople who hurt themselves riding Montezum lol
Hopi Hari plans to RMC it in 2026, so let's pray
I'd love to watch defunct coasters a-z.
So adorable at end
I've ridden a few of these bad rides such as Anaconda, Shockwave, and Hurler at Kings Dominion. Those are my least favorite coasters beginning with A, S, and H respectively, with the latter being the worst one I've ridden.
The worst I've ridden beginning with the letter W is Wildcat at Lake Compounce, but I hear the new retracking from Gravity Group has helped significantly so hopefully that won't be the case anymore.
I've ridden Coast Rider long before the shin guards were added. Hopefully Knott's Berry Farm will one day decide that they're no longer necessary and remove them.
The best ending to a vid ever ❤
SKYRUSH!!! hahahhahahahahahahaha
Cute ABC rendition at the end btw
ones i disagree with are: (im not including those like fair coasters like zyklons or knockoffs)
C: coaster express
D: doble loop
E: ednor
F: flight deck (canadas wonderland)
G: gotham (parc dattraciones marseillan-page) or goudurix
H: hero
I: iron claw (movie park again ☠️)
J: jaguar?? (idk none of the rides are that bad)
K: kong
L: loup garou (disregarding all the ones named “loop the loop” this may be the worst, looks rly rough but still a good ride lots of air)
M: mind eraser
N: ninja ig
P: predator (either one…)
S: scorpion (bgt- i thought it was rough and kinda boring but im biased against it. its prob an slc or boomerang that is worst)
U: untamed (canobie lake. no good options, but its worse than Ultimate)
great list! i enjoyed ranking while you were
i rerode skyrush with the new restraints, HUUUGE improvement
Yessss Kong was absolutely terrible the two times I rode it. Walked off both times with a pounding headache and wasn't able to enjoy the rest of my day in the park.
Honestly, I really liked The Ultimate when I rode it (admittedly like 18 years ago at this point). It was definitely relatively tame by today's standards, but that was also kind of the point. It was more about the setting and the cool use of terrain vs the pure excitement. Here is 13-year-old me's review from the time (yes I keept a log lol): "A very long, and surprisingly good wood-steel hybrid. First half was smooth, second half was intense." So, yeah, take that for what you will 😂
Bandit is so rough that I find it really funny to ride
Unpopular opinion, but don't hate Anaconda and don't find it rough at all. It's not even the most uncomfortable in the park, Grizzly (which I don't hate either) is far rougher. Yes, the mid-section is boring, but I think that, and the intensity of the inversions cancel out. I'm not saying I like it, which I don't, but I don't hate it either.
I knew K was going to be Kong. My family has a saying, "Kong sucks dong".
Good nickname.
Zyklon that was at del Grosso thought it was bad but good until it went to Florida, but if you wanted another k.. that is Kosmo's Kurbe at Knoebels , I'm sorry but that is one knee busting coaster, I will not go on this again, oh it's not just a kiddie coaster adults can go on it too.
The slowest coasters I would say the leap the curve at lakemont park and black diamond at Knoebels.
I would say the top and worst indoor coasters be a good idea for you
2:34 Woodstock Express at Walibi Rhone-Alps sounds about the same. I have been to Morey's once in 2017 (although just down the shore isn't that far away), but I don't think I've ridden Dowopper-and no I probably don't have much reason too
I would like to see you make an updated state mt rushmore
7:58 🤣The Grizzly of the East
Gawd, yes, DooWooper. That thing was painful when I was a teenager and into my twenties, I can't even imagine how bad it is now. My knees would be throbbing when I got off. My mom would make me take my younger siblings and cousins on it because my dad had to tap out because of the pain he would end up in and it drove me nuts.
I don't remember Hercules being that bad, but I could be repressing my trauma.
For some reason I didn't actually hate Bandit that much, I thought the roughness was actually pretty managable and even smoother than some GCI woodies or steel coasters, and it had some decent forces too! Now this might be because my only ride on it was a night ride on a rainy day in October but I still didn't think it was as bad as everyone says
Infusion at Pleasure Beach is not a great ride, but honestly I didn't mind it and I think there might be better picks for this. For reference I rank Big One and Grand National as worse in that park alone!
Great video, I remember as a 3rd grader and my first and only time to magic mountain in 2006, flashback was closed, and I was so upset, but maybe it was better I didn’t get to ride it.
As for the end of the video: Sesame Street has really dropped the ball. 😘
13:47 ADORABLE
The toboggan at Hershey Park (way back when) was what turned me on to coasters. Shockwave was a horror. Instead of just a side to side thwack at the end, it was a back/forth while standing. Instant back pain.
For the worst R coaster I would have picked the original Rattler at Fiesta Texas.
I only have 30 credits but ive only ridden one coaster i hated: firebird at sf america. All you get is a headache and wishing you didnt ride, sf needs to replace that coaster so bad. Great video nonetheless!
Great Video!
I‘m from Germany and wrode (sorry for my spelling) Bandit quite a few times.
Yes the coaster is bad and i would LOVE to get it RMCd, but for what it is it is pretty solid.
Its a wooden Family coaster wich is really shaky.
I havent written an boomerang, but if they Even come Close to Slc‘s i think they are waaayyyy worse than Bandit
Btw. I would love to See the Defunct costers!
the ultimate was absolutely legendary, shame it’s gone.
Movie Park has stated multiple times that Bandit won't be RMC'ed because its currently the most popular coaster with their family audience. RMC'ing it would make it intense, and intense rides dont draw people to the park they stated.
I'm so glad someone hates Infusion as much as I do. It's so damn rough and you just bang your head really hard every time it moves slightly
The Ultimate used to be really awesome but I went a few months before a really serious incident occurred with another ride there and I noticed it was very janky and rough
I had the misfortune of experiencing Flight Deck and Time Warp last summer. The feeling of being freed from the torture device that is Time Warp then realizing that I had to go get the Flight Deck credit right afterward as I watched those shitty SLC trains literally bounce along the track filled me with the deepest and purest form of despair imaginable.
I know that despair trying to get all the CW Credits...its a lot of junk
So basically a list of SLCs lol
Still remember the Joker at Fiesta Texas, its was punishing on the head on the backwards portion, rode it once and never again.
I never rode Green Lantern at Magic Mountain, but I heard it was good before it was modified.
The Harley Quinn Crazy coaster was such an unbearable ride. But I am happy I'm one of the few who got ride a one and done ride, both literally and figuratively.
It’s funny Rainier Rush is so hated, because it’s actually one of the missed/defunct credits I want the most. Growing up, I knew it as Typhoon at Santa’s Village in Dundee, IL-my family would usually go there once a year, and little kiddie me was absolutely intimidated by Typhoon’s tilted loop.
I never worked up the courage to ride it (which is funny, because the loop barely looks like an inversion to me now)… but I’d have loved the chance to conquer that childhood fear now as an adult. I wouldn’t expect it to be a good ride, but nonetheless, I wish I could have closed that loop (pun intended)! Ah well.
If you picked a worlds of fun coaster I’m surprised you picked orient express instead of Timberwolf. Timberwolf is so rough my sister‘s friend once got a concussion on that ride. I have never met anybody who said orient expresses was a bad coaster. In fact a lot of people would say orient expresses is there favorite ride ever to operate at WOF
Timber Wolf is getting pretty bad, but nowhere near as bad as the other T coasters
Gwazi at Busch Gardens Florida pulverized me in its old age before it got replaced.
For S I know some SLCs are just called "Suspended Looping Coaster". If they ride anything like Darien Lake's Mind Eraser they're far worse than a standard Wild Mouse like Sand Serpant. Can't comment on those coasters vs Swiss Toboggan but I'd certainly ride Swiss Toboggan before an SLC named "Suspended Looping Coaster" because rare credit.
Rode bandit last year for the first time in 10 something years. Usually think that people just whine when they say a ride is rough, but my god, I had neck and back pain for three days after that monstrosity!
I feel bad for Queen Bee. It's so cute! 😢
I enjoyed infusion when it was traumaTizer I do remember it rattling alot but I now understand that is quite standard for SLCs. It's a shame to see the Ultimate in this list I've ridden it at least 10 times. It's a schizophrenic coaster the first half to take you to the valley is gentle but the second half was great fun with heavy laterals in a great setting.
I actually find Infusion really fun! I don't know if I just had lucky rides but it felt fun and forceful, without any headbanging
Dragon at Adventureland gave made me nauseous and gave me a headache for the rest of the day and it was the 2nd thing I rode after monster when I went lol. Had to chill in the lazy river with a drink after that one
I rode Drachen Fire when it was still around, I've never had a headache and earache any other time. That said, Loch Ness and Big Bad Wolf made up for how bad that ride was.
I loveddddd drachen fire. When I was a kid (I’m 33) they let us go around soooo many times when there was no line; and it was so much fun.
Bandit honestly isn’t *that* bad if you make sure to pick a non-wheel seat, but it does struggle over most hills and makes some pretty questionable seal noises as it goes around. Apparently it’s still the most popular ride in its park though so it’s not going away anytime soon.
Edit: And fwiw the park is said to be in talks with RMC and GCI about putting some steel track on it
The old Ninja at SFOG at least should get a dishonorable mention here. One of the most painfully janky roller coasters EVER!
Gotta disagree with Infusion, it's actually pretty good, just occasionally a bit rough. I've done Queen Bee, it's a nice kiddy coaster but I appreciate there wasn't much choice. For X, you should've chosen X: No Way Out at Thorpe Park, worst coaster I've ever done. Now it's The Walking Dead: The Ride, and a lot better.
Masterful way to put Flashback in there twice. It truly deserves the honor as the worst twice over.
Flashback at Magic Mountain literally made my head bleed. When I pointed it out to a ride op, he shrugged and said “It happens all the time.” Still have a small scar on my forehead 25 years later.
Ahhh yes waiting for my home park to show up since we're known for Paramount pain. Was not disappointed.
Can confirm Ednor is horrendous. It's at my home park and I refuse to ride that thing anymore. Flight deck is still worse somehow though.
I rode Z-Force at SFOG and I enjoyed the dips although I had to brace myself during the transitions. It was better than the ride they replaced it with, Ninja.
I rode Bandit at Movie Park last week, rough, but definitely not the worst ive been on.
Ednor isn't even a particularly bad version of itself.
Coastrider: now just needs less trimming and no shin guards
Apple Zapple and the other Macks: Finally you can learn
Fly at CW was surprisingly good
Time Warp is so bizarre you have to ride it at least once.
Can't believe you put The Ultimate, but not Hero! Heri is easily the worst coaster in the UK, but The Ultimate was absolutely great. Rough as hell, but really fun.😊
I really wish i could have ridden ultimate. Such a trip
