- If you've never been to the Gasparilla parade in Tampa, it is some of the most fun you'll ever have watching a parade. But, when you've done the parade thing, then do the boat thing. There simply isn't ANYTHING like being a part of the flotilla to accompany the pirate ship into the harbor. Just the most perfect weather today for another pirate invasion.
