And the finished pizza looked so much like a bread crust when I saw the initial preview I was thinking maybe you were using a tortilla or something to make it a bit lower carb, but this is straight up dirty keto (which is as keto as I've gotten 😅) - well done!
you can purchase a pack of 2 to 3 chicken breast from Kroger for cheaper than those cans of chicken but I guess the canned chicken is finer for the crust.
It is! I've made it before and it came out great. Just more time consuming cooking a bunch of individual crusts...however it would be handy for meal prepping single serving pizzas.

My son loves this pizza! Instead of ranch he does wing sauce, then dips the slices in ranch! All of which we get at dollar tree!!
It is more expensive than most of your meals but the keto food is highly satisfying and you don’t tend to eat as much so portions can be smaller.
Great idea for the crust. I'm not fond of the other low carb ones either.

That crust would be good cooked in a waffle maker!
