- Today, Chase and I wandered around Seoul doing what we know how to do best: EATING ALL THE THINGS! We had so many delicious snacks today. It was heaven :D I got to have some of my favorite soup (samgyetang) and some of my favorite coffee. It was a perfect first day out catching up on all the dates we didn't get to have over the last few months apart :P

Dude, I love Chase. He seems like such a good balance for you, and seems to have this easy air of intelligence. I love when you've mentioned in earlier vlogs about conversations you've had with him about important, heavy topics - it's easy to imagine you guys having crazy philosophical talks at 2 am, in addition to stupid silliness. You're so globally aware and constantly learning and so, so smart, it's just wonderful to see you with someone who can match that.

I would love an extra vlog, if you and Chase have the time! It is always so exciting when you visit Korea or he visits you. They've become some of my favorite vlogs from you. I so love the vibe of Alli and Chase! It seems to have a good harmoni of intellect, wit and fun! I agree with Chase so much! Thinking about death can actually be very empowering. I learned that after losing my grandpa in 2014. And now, literally every night before falling asleep, I think to myself: "Okay, what if I don't wake up tomorrow? Did I do everything that I feel I should have done -- like telling my parents, my sister and my friends that I love them? Am I living life in a way that I can say that I'm happy for myself? Do I like who I am?" It can be a little daunting, but I swear it just gives me so much more perspective and courage. Everything that makes me mad becomes so little and insignificant when I have these thoughts, because, suddenly, it gets very easy to understand what truly matters. So yeah, when I see time going by in big digital clocks, I just try to remind myself that I need to like who I am and what I do, so that those seconds feel like life well spent. :)

P.S.: Budapest also has a neighbordhood called Oktogon! If you ever go there, visit it! It's one of my favorite parts of the city!

I remember when I was learning poetry in English class my teacher told us that you can relate any poem to death. I guess we were reading a poem about time and I remember that she told us during the midevil times people would have skulls in their house as a daily reminder that we are going to die and everything we do just leads to our death. when you guys were talking about time and death, it just reminded me about that discussion we had in class.
