In this video, I participated in a cooking class at a farmhouse in Tuscany. While there are various companies that offer cooking classes, the farmhouse setting provides a unique experience. Our culinary journey began at the local market in Florence, where we took a guided walking tour to purchase ingredients for our class. A short ride on the company's mini bus brought us to the Tuscan farmhouse, where we dove into preparing dishes such as bruschetta, roasted potatoes with pork loin, ragu sauce, tiramisu, and homemade pasta. We concluded the experience by enjoying the meal we had prepared, paired with local wine, overlooking the picturesque countryside and vineyards.
