I quit choir three years ago and totally did not understand the importance of vocal warm ups. I'm having trouble singing notes I once found easy. I think part of it was puberty but I believe if I practice I can regain some of my old singing ability and have more confidence in my vocal covers. Thank You so much.

After my vocal chord surgery I began to warm up religiously and used this vocal warm ups for my choir and it has been a God sent. I sometimes repeat this warm up because I have one portion of my vocal chord that is a little stiff and takes more work. Most of us aren’t trained singers but we have a better understanding of our tools and the benefits of Warming up. Thank you so much.

I first started with your previous warm up video about three years ago. Long story short I had just come off of a year and a half stent of walking pneumonia and had lost almost the entirety of my 3 octave + vocal range. Not only has your warm-up help me recover at least 70% of it, but now I’m actually the lead singer in a band ( which I’ve wanted to do for my entire life!) I had raved about your first video but I absolutely love this one! I’ve sent it to my band mates, friends, family members, and even strangers when they express that they wanna improve their singing pitch and ability. Thank you for posting such insightful and helpful content! I owe you one, Lindsey Blair!

To get the vocal run excercize is great but there's a big range gap between that exercises. The rest of them peak at C5 and then that one throws you all the way up to f5. It needs to be more gradual.

for my range and the work I do, first I do the male warmup, then the female one. If I don't warm up sufficiently my chords rattle in my throat when I put on the pressure and it tickles. makes me cough and sneeze. Not what you want in performance. Of course I'm older. These warmups are great.
