Mother of fireworks burn survivor speaks out ahead of Fourth of July

When Holly Carr's child, Stevie was burned by a sparkler firework, she didn't know if they'd survive. She's now warning others of the dangers of fireworks.

A 5 yr old doing fireworks. It's all on you mom for improper supervision! You basically did that to your child! Be a better MoM in the future. Not the fireworks fault at all.
