As a newbie here I thought the background singer WAS Cardi at first. I thought "WHAT a wonderful voice. Then the camera went to Cardi and I realized who was who, and I learned that Cardi doesn't have a great voice (she's flat a lot) BUT, Cardi is the rapper and doesn't sing, she tells her story through the poetry of rap. Yes, I am an older person, but I love this performer and her background singer. Hope that girl becomes famous too, she deserves it.
