    The main reason I hesitated on picking up a Zero, the wheel situation. The design they chose is innovative, definitely brings down the scrub radius. I don't like the threading into plastic knuckles at all. Thanks for the in depth!

      It’s what put me off the bmr x aswell . It still bothers me but I love the handling and details in the instructions . They actually tell you how set effects handling . Although if you use mini z Rwd wheels with larger outer diameter tyres you can increase choice of wheels on the 1/24 scale cars .

      Did it for the same reason you did to be able to use all wheel drive wheels. And it handles pretty well love the conversion.

    So can you use any 24 scale model kit bodies?

    • @GarageMiniRCUK
      @GarageMiniRCUK  Před rokem

      Yes , you may need to check widths as some may need negative offset wheels .

    Sis, the rc is for me, I want to buy it but it's expensive. I was bullied at school because I didn't have a drift rc

    Honestly do you find 1:28 scale as fun as the 1:10th scale? Tryna see where i wanna start at?

    • @GarageMiniRCUK
      @GarageMiniRCUK  Před rokem +1

      It’s different , the smaller scale is easy to have a go with anytime . 1/10 needs more space so I do less often .

    • @tetruth6750
      @tetruth6750 Před rokem

      @@GarageMiniRCUK i got you. So what about tuning? Customization, steering angle etc and speed? Is one better then the other? Also with the mini what would you suggest? Im brand new to rc in general but I'm very drawn to drift as well as rally vehicles like on road and offroad. But drift will be my bread and butter i feel. Limited on space but i have some space. I have a 2 car garage but wanna run in doors sometimes. No tracks near me either so I'd be playing along alot of the time.

    • @tetruth6750
      @tetruth6750 Před rokem

      @@GarageMiniRCUK so the smaller scale is just as versatile as the bigger scale just smaller in your opinion?

    • @GarageMiniRCUK
      @GarageMiniRCUK  Před rokem +1

      It’s a lot more effort to get drifting . The settings are very sensitive and the parts are very small . I love them but be warned it’s not as easy as 1/10 . The shells you can adapt are beautiful though.

      @@GarageMiniRCUK awesome thank you for the information. It definitely hard to figure out which way to go. Im just starting out and don't wanna ruin my experience may start with a larger scale and a kit. That way i can work my way through it with a bigger chasis first. Thanks for your help.
