bro, nothing worse than a dry ball of yolk in a bacon and egg. yeah thats the typical way, but i love it when other bakers mix the egg up, especially mixed with the cheese. as for the tomato, that adds a nice as zing taste to the pie. i dont often come across tomatoes in my bacon and egg, but when i do, its def a nice surprise.

I have definitely made some terrible decisions for smoko breaks due to lack of information. I could definitely tell you about some horrible/average experiences I've had at establishments purportedly meant to be purveyors of quality baked goods, urrgh.
