Beginner’s guide, how I use Gesso on a canvas

  • Not all canvases need priming but every now and again you might purchase some online like I have to find that they are not a good quality, you get what you for right? Well in this video I show how I prime my canvas if I feel it’s not up to the job, most canvases are triple primed some have only 1 layer. If you a new to fluid art or any art that uses a canvas, this is a perfect guide for you.
    Materials used, Pabeo, Studio Acrylics Gesso.

      Hey Kat do you make your own canvas frames if not could you give me a link? Only on my fifth attempt at this malarky so any help would be appreciated :/ thanks. Mick

      @@mickgof Hi Mick, no I don’t make up my canvases, I buy them from Amazon, I usually just look for good deals and offers they have, these are what I’m looking at buying next but these are large as in this video, hopefully the link will work as I’m in the UK 😊
