    i don't understant; why does my drench say apply from shanks to withers? I thought drenching was putting it on the outside? is this oral dosing? not drenching?

      I think you may have backline. It is for the control of external parasites whereas drench is for internal. Backline is applied in a strip along the animals back like you said from shanks to withers. Hope this helped :)
