No doubt our ex-MLA has the finest of the qualities of a bureaucrat. With little effort on socialisation with his voters starting from his own locality, I bet he will be one of the best statesmen and politicians in the history of Manipur.
No doubt.. everyone's dreams will come true only when the general people truly understand the value of the universal adult franchise.
Blaming the then DG is very sad, remember who was the man behind both government and public. Don't still hide who caused this ethnic violence. Reveal the main culprit and set aside and heal the citizens and the land....
