That American equipment is interesting. Much more simple than the stuff we use in Germany. Our IV catheters have automatic needle guards that fiber the tip once we pull it out, the catheter itself has wings to attach small tapes which are included with the IV tape, and there is an injection port at the top, plus sometimes even a valve to prevent blood spilling out. I wonder what the cost difference is.
From algeria , thank you DR for all, the informations ,the technicals ,that help us to progress
When will the book be available worldwide shipping ?
Since I watched your video on ultrasound for iv access when I see a patient with difficult iv access I say: yeees get the US, 2 today
For sure! But for daily life as a clinician to be dependent on ultrasound, it would not be good/complete clinician. Thoughts?
Does the manual deal with paediatric iv canullation (particularly neonates, infants and toddlers)?
Its look like 30 years work on Anastasy 👌
how about venoscopes? never heard your opinion about that
Great addition. However, still needs techniques of needle insertion. Most folks fail at the technique, not the vein recognition. The same applies for Ultrasound - guided IVs.
Sir thank you very much 🙏🙏 also please teach us difficult rules tube insertion in adults 🙏🙏

the book is too expensive
not if youre in anesthesia
Indeed, however it is expensive to make it. On a positive note - NYSORA IV app is coming out - it will be priced for everyone worldwide - with ever increasing # of videos, etc.
to be honest if youre inserting IV then youre either a nurse or a doctor. In other words you can afford it, just dont buy the new figs scrubs for once 😊
or you're a medical student?
Or a paramedic
